The bus stop is right in front of the property which is so great! I felt safe as a female solo traveler to leave or arrive at the early or late hours at this property.

• Hugh (10/5): Marvellous place to stay in Suburban Dublin and I’ll be staying there again for sure 👍 - Lovely Home and spotlessly clean. Helena as the host was Very Welcoming and made you feel “at Home” instantly. Local Bus 14 stops directly outside the house and getting to/from Dublin City Centre is a breeze. In addition, you can get Bus 750 from Dundrum (just down the road) directly to Dublin Airport (only 12 Euros) at 15 minutes past the hour. So Convenient 🤗 Not a thing.

Sunset view from the room was amazing and great quiet place to recharge. The cats and dogs were so friendly and a little highlight to see around the place! Nothing!

• Yutong (7/5): Fine to family travel. - If you have limited budget, the accommodation is good selection. The bus station is closed place and there is supermarket at the corner of the place. The house is big with good facility. If you arrive very late,also not issue. The bathroom you have to share with other guests and room closed to street, which means there is noisy. If you are mainly to business trip, better select hotel in city center.

• Jing (10/5): Everything is very good. - This accommodation is safe, clean, and tidy. The property has a gated entrance, and parking is convenient and secure. The kitchen is fully equipped. Although my English isn’t great, the host and staff were very patient in communicating and listening to me. Shopping is extremely convenient—everything is within walking distance. Plus, the bus stop is right at the doorstep. I highly recommend this place. None
• Harald (8/5): Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden und trotzdem ruhig ubdlange auszuschlafen - Gastgeber hat uns Karten für den lokalen Bus geliehen und die kann direkt beim Supermarkt um die Ecke 10m geladen werden. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. 15 min Walk zur Straßenbahn die auch nachts noch fährt. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
• Viktoriia (7/5): People who are going to stay there should totally have some warmer socks than we did 😆 - Overall, our stay was satisfactory. The family is very kind and welcoming. They have two lovely dogs and two cats — all very friendly and happy to be petted. Helena provided everything we needed upon arrival: towels, instructions on how to turn on the water pressure, the Wi-Fi password, and she also allowed us to use her tea and kitchenware if we wanted to cook. Her sons were also very polite and made us feel comfortable and at ease. Another big advantage is the location — the bus stop is right next to the house, which is very convenient, especially if you plan to travel to the city every day. We also appreciated that there was a hair dryer in the wardrobe, as well as some very cool hats with Irish symbolism, which we really liked. We even wanted to ask where they were bought, but unfortunately forgot to do so at the last moment. As for the downsides: we had a private room which we locked every time we went out. However, the host entered the room daily while we were away to bring or take something. For us, it would have been more comfortable if this had happened in our presence, as we had many valuable items with us and that was the reason we locked the room. Additionally, the host explained how to use the heaters and asked us not to leave them on overnight, which is understandable. However, the room cooled down very quickly, as did the kitchen. Spending more than 15 minutes downstairs during meals was quite uncomfortable due to the cold, so we often returned to the room and needed some time to warm up under the blankets.

Die Nähe der Dundrum Mall ist sehr praktisch. Von Dundrum aus fährt auch die Straßenbahn ins Centrum. Keine wirkliche Kritik, aber man darf sich nicht stören lassen von der Anwesenheit der Katzen in der Küche und auf dem Tisch.

Il y a des chats qui circulent dans la cuisine, montent sur la table et assistent de très près à la préparation des toasts. Il faudrait les garder ailleurs…

We had everything we needed from a very comfortable bed to being able to use the kitchen and even had a bus stopping right outside the door straight into town. Helena made sure we had all we needed and was very kind, flexible and accommodating when we needed to make some adjustments to our trip. Definitely would recommend and will stay again. Being almost at Genius level 3 on Booking.com which means that I have booked more than 10 locations in a 2 year window, it was the worst experience so far. 2. We were shocked that upon arrival at the property, the host asked us to remove our shoes to enter the property and the room was located on the first floor. 3. The host was not very welcoming and she did not even introduce herself. 4. We only had access to the room including the bathroom that we have booked. 5. None of the facilities listed for this property on Booking.com were mentioned by the host upon arrival. The host only stated that we could use the kitchen to prepare Tea / Coffee but she did not even showed us where the ingredients and the oven, etc were located. Nothing was mentioned whether we would be provided Tea / Coffee or we would have to use our own. 6. Nothing was mentioned about the WIFI and we were not provided with WIFI access. 7. Nothing was mentioned about the seating area and we had to purchase food and eat it in the room itself. 8. Nothing was mentioned about the other services available at the property. There was a large dressing area in the room but it already contained stuffs for other people and we were not sure whether we were allowed to use it. Thus we left all our luggage in the car for our entire stay. 10. The bathroom also contained several used products and we were under the impression that there is a person which used the room and the bathroom permanently. 11. All the facilities that have been mentioned on Booking.com were not available for us apart the Room and Bathroom. 12.
• Denis (1/5): A minus ten out of ten :( - Nothing Where shall I start? 1) There were 2 dogs and I am allergic to dogs - no one wrote or told that there are dogs. 2) The room was dirty, including the bathroom and the towels. 3) The host - was rude and unfriendly. I really really don‘t recommend anyone to come here. Invest some more euros and either find a better AirBnB or stay in a proper hotel!

The bed was incredibly comfortable—honestly, the most comfortable one of our entire trip! Plus, the dogs were absolute sweethearts and added such a warm, friendly touch to the stay. Highly recommend if you're looking for a cozy, relaxing place with easy access to the city. Mall is 10 minutes walk. Supermarket next to the house. And the host was amazing too. Everything was perfect

It’s not in the city center, but just a short walk from a bus stop that gets you there in about 25 minutes. There’s also a Chinese noodle café nearby that stays open until midnight.

• Sevil (1/5): Terrible and stressful - The house is like airbnb house, each room given to somebody else. As being woman, solo traveler, I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. But luckly other rooms were booked by other ladies. Also, main entrance doors were never locked. When I was about to leave the house once, a guy in front of main entrance door noticed me standing behind the door and run away. The house heating was not on. The house was cold. Especially taking shower was difficult. Water heating was electronic, there were also boiler in the house. The hot water was not always available. When boiler turn on, it was making enormous noise. We were allowed to use the kitchen. Even with simple sandwich preparation and eating on the table bothered whoever the white old guy is. I dont think they like anyone using the kitchen. I could realise that I was being watched out. While waiting my friend to pick me, I wanted to sit in seating area for a few minutes, but the same guy said guests are not allowed even if written opposite. I wanted to use washing machine. Again you get unwelcome approach. The doors were making noise because all rooms are very near to each other. No privacy too. Anyone can hear the other guests. The location is a bit far to town center. A bus every 15 min available. But after 9 pm, taking longer.

• Matyáš (9/5): Superb - The host was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also nice. It is kind of far from the city center. It is well connected by bus, but in the evening, the buses don't leave often enough. As a tourist, you will also need cash for the bus and only coins are accepted.
