• Garry (10/5): - Nice quiet location with shops and restaurants nearby. Fairly close to tube stations. It had all the facilities needed for a long break away. Only minor things, no lock on bathroom door, some clean linen/towels were stained but nothing major.

Környéken bolt, étterem, kávézó. Csak 3 étkezőszék volt a 4 főnek. A tusoló vízköves. A terasz nem terasz, ablakon kimászva egy tető, lehet használni, csak jó tudni.

• Christina (9/5): - Die Wohnung ist gemütlich neu renoviert und war sehr sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen großen Fernseher und einen gemütlichen Kamin. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend im Haus selbst war es auch sehr ruhig. Die U-Bahn-Station und einige Geschäfte sind ganz in der Nähe. Über die Terrasse haben ja schon einige geschrieben, das ist ein bisschen irreführend. Diese ist nur zu erreichen, wenn man aus dem Fenster klettert.... Die Badtür ist eine Schiebetür, die am Rand einen Spalt offensteht. Das fand ich nicht ganz so optimal. Und bitte mal die Spülbürste im Bad gegen eine richtige Klobbürste austauschen.... Beim Toaster flog jedes Mal die Sicherung raus. Keine Ahnung, ob der Toaster defekt ist oder ob das an den Leitungen liegt. Wurde hier auch schon angemerkt.

• Phillippa (8/5): Good night sleep. - Once inside the apartment it was clean, comfortable and fully furnished, cleaning equipment was provided, kitchen fully kitted out and everything worked. The apartment block was quite at night and as a lone female I felt safe inside with good security locks on the door. Bed was comfortable and super clean bedding. I have given an 8 only due to the entrance hall, stairs and landing leading up to the apartment its poorly presented with torn and thread bare carpets, large spillages and generally dirty and tired, I was worried that the apartment would be the same condition but was really presently surprised and very much relieved. Instructions from the host where clear and the key box was accessible. Entrance, hall stairs and landing leading upto apartment is untidy with dirty stained carpets, thread bare stairs treads, push light was not spotted on first night making stairs difficult at night. All really needs a good refresh..
• Jemima (3/5): Not well equipped - Location The property was presentable but on closer inspection wasn’t very clean and lacked basic linens. We were given half a roll of toilet paper, 1 hand towel, and 1 bath mat between four adults. There also was not additional bedding provided for the sofa bed. Also, there was a used plaster in the single bed which suggests it hadn’t been cleaned sufficiently and was unhygienic. Despite the owners initially being responsive and telling us there were extra linens and towels, these were not there. Upon getting back late we hoped these would be dropped off in the morning but we never got a response.

• Debra (1/5): Underwhelming and hugely disappointed. - Interior and decor were okay inside. Access to Netflix and Prime. No BBC TV. 3rd floor walk up. No elevator, no notice that it was a walk up. Poor curb appeal. Hallways leading to the third floor (53 steps) were dirty. Could easily be fixed. 2nd bedroom - single bed (not a double) not made up and there were no sheets or blankets. I was instructed to look in the draw and found three pillow without pillow cases. Garbage bags in the cupboard - not sure what that was about. Too few towels. When extra towels were dropped off I used them for a blanket. The toaster didn’t work. The washing machine didn’t work. Realized the toaster kept blowing a fuse. Couldn’t easily find the fuse box. No bath mat. No lamp in the living room. No fan in the second bedroom. When I got the washing machine working, there was no laundry detergent. I bought some on day one.

• Olutunde (9/5): Close to rail, underground, convinient stores and retaurants. Quiet and neat apartment. - It is a quiet environment with shops and restaurants a few minutes walk from the house. The apartment is two floors up and has no lift. It is best if one has no problem with climbing stairs.
• Gillian (8/5): Very good - Comfortable and well equipped. Good communication prior to arrival. Not too far from tube station, so easy to use as a base to explore London. Sliding door on bathroom broken and not moving properly so had to rescue friend at 3am who got stuck in there. Sliding door on shower also broke during our stay. Hopefully these issues will be resolved for next guests, but this was our experience.
• Krisztina (2/5): Sadly not agin but wish you luck - Location was good, also liked it that it was on the higher floor, it was quite even during the night. Sadly it was very dirty, no toilet paper, no bath mat, dirty towels, dirty used laundry in the washing machine, dishwasher was full w dirty plates etc. Contacted w the owner on booking to ask where can we find toilet paper, bath mat, but no answer. It is a shame as it has potential but the owner should find a better cleaning lady/company because it is just unacceptable.
• Miles (10/5): This is a great flat and I highly recommend staying here. - The flat was great. Very comfortable beds and well apportioned. The owners were available to answer any and all questions. Only a few minutes walk away from bus and train stations. Plenty of food and shops within a short walk as well. We will gladly book again, if it’s available, on our next trip to London. There was nothing to not like!
• Garry (10/5): Great Place to Stay - It was clean and fresh upon arrival, it has everything you really need for a short break, dishwasher, washer/dryer, iron etc. It is located in a victorian house, in a reasonably quiet area but close enough for transport links, and few handy shops nearby. Although we didn't see the hosts the instructions on gaining access was very clear, and they did message me a few times with offering assistance if we needed any help, the wifi was very fast compared to where I live in Devon. It's not a big deal, but a lock on the bathroom door would be good.
