• Daniel (7/5): - Saltwater pool excellent, beautiful location/area, excellent communication from host throughout, close walk to beach and shops Double beds too small in some bedrooms, hard to manage heat in front rooms throughout night, cooking equipment needs an upgrade, Need to be made more aware initially of residents living above and CO-use of pool throughout stay.

• Muriel (7/5): Très bien située cette maison - L'emplacement à 200 metres de la plage de Miami, la superficie de la maison, le back yard + BBQ + piscine. La réactivité de la proprio après lui avoir fait remonter ce qui n'allait pas. Le ménage était superficiel et donc décevant par endroit. Pas de climatisation dans les chambres (3/4) à l'exception de la chambre parentale.
• Lianne (10/5): - Alana the host was amazing, she was very responsive when answering any questions we had before arriving. The property was fitted out with all the essential needs including pantry items and bathroom items. The pool was great and nice and private. There is a permanent resident upstairs that you will share the property with however we only saw them the last couple of days of our 9 day booking. The property is a couple of minutes walk from the local shopping centre and about 30-40 mins drive to Surfers and theme parks. The property was just what we needed for a large family travelling with young children. Will definitely rebook in the future and will also highly recommend.

• Muhammad Atif (8/5): - Close to beach and shops. Toiletries and cleaning items were short and wasn't able to find extra stock. Not enough cutleries for the group and we have to use disposables.
• Melanie (6/5): It was OK - Comfortable beds. Room for interstate family to come and gather together. Essentially you are living under someone’s house and staying in their backyard, which is uncomfortable. There is an 8pm curfew because of this, which is fair but also it’s a bit unrealistic to accept 10 guests on holiday and expect them to remain whisper quiet and go to bed at 8pm. Also, there were some minor cleaning issues which I have raised with the owner.
• Anderson (8/5): Girls holiday - Loved the location. Close to the beach. Shops and public transport. Bedrooms were good. Provided plenty of shampoo, conditioner , soap, and plenty of toilet paper. We didn't like that it wasn't clear that there was an upper level occupied by others .None of us saw that detail when we searched for this property. Didn't feel comfortable sitting out the back or by the pool , knowing we had no privacy ( in saying that the people upstairs did keep a low profile ). Some of us were woken early most mornings as there was lots of noise coming from people upstairs walking around, and it sounded quite loud . Didn't like that we had 1 towel each for 7 nights . 1 hand towel for main bathroom. None for unsuite. That's easily fixed. There wasn't enough cutlery for 5 without continuous washing . We did enjoy our stay, but it would have been better if the above issues didn't happen
• Antonia (9/5): - Although close to Gold Coast Hwy, it was very quiet. Great outdoor area where we could relax. So close to North Burleigh Surf Club and Miami One shopping centre that we didn't need to leave the area at all. Great walking paths and good coffee on the foreshore. This was a downstairs apartment. Upstairs woke up early and you could hear people walking but that was okay with us.

• Susan (9/5): Great location, accomodating host and lovely family apartment. I would book again in the future for sure. Thanks Alana. - The 4 bedrooms were the perfect set up my family of 6 adults and 2 children . Close to the beach, cafes, supermarkets, dining at the local pub and surf club. Locals and staff were very friendly. The bad weather changed our plans but we all enjoyed our trip. The sitting room was cosy and a little small for the whole family but bathrooms, bedrooms, the kitchen were all lovely and large.
• Renee (9/5): Superb - Great space for large family/friends getaway. The location is perfect. Everything is in walking distance of kid's playground, beach, surf club, local tavern. Choice of supermarkets.

Exceptional!! Only suggestion would be instructions for fan remotes🤣🤣🤣.
• Mollie (8/5): Amazing location! - Incredible location, only a few minute walk to the closest Coles, 5 minute walk to the beach and cafes. Amenities were great, lots of options for cooking and BBQ. Pool was clean and fun to splash in! Even some kids pool toys which was great for the little ones! Amazing communication with hosts, they were so flexible and accommodating!
