As we were out all day , it served our purpose. kitchen and laundry facilities were great and will be perfect if you wish to cook as all cook-wear provided .location was very convenient to access Banff and having a dedicated parking spot was really convenient. Host did provide concession for the inconvenience we had on the first 3 nights. ac in the bedroom didn’t work for 3 nights. we informed the host and spend quite a bit of time to get it sorted. it did spoil our first 3 nights as we were exhausted due to travelling and struggled to sleep , it was sorted out eventually. no cupboard space , so had to keep all clothes in our suitcases. hot tub advertised but none provided.
- Cathy (7/5): Would probably stay there again. - Location was centralized and excellent. Frank was very responsive via email and text. There was a massive list of rules that could have potentially been an issue. We had prepaid for the unit weeks ahead so it was too late to do anything about it. Also a large list of potential additional charges when we got our check in instructions. Made me paranoid enough I’ve been watching my credit card.
