• Lisa (7/5): Good outdoor facilities, ample room for 17 guests. - Spacious outdoor area. Trampoline, spa, indoor and outdoor fire. Flies +++ in the house despite closed windows and doors and ongoing use of fly spray. General untidy on arrival (cobwebs, mould in bathroom) food in pantry, fridge and freezer. 1/3 televisions within the home in working order. Caretaker lives in shed adjacent to property. Ran out of water 3/4 way through holiday. 1/4 tank refilled though unable to use the water due to dirt in Pipes. Received check out checklist 1 hr before check out time (we had already left). Strong smell of MJA from next door.

• Philippa (9/5): Fantastic week for our 2 families - perfect for a relaxed summer holiday and easy access to multiple different beach loc - This is a great home for a large group with kids - plenty of space, well stocked kitchen, huge outdoor space for summer BBQs and a spa! We loved some of the little extras like board games/puzzles and the trampoline and table tennis. Steve was a great host and was quick to sort out any small issues as they arose. He also gave us some great local tips in best beach spots.

A great outdoor hottub tick, huge house with plenty of space tick and a great host to be more welcoming than you can imagine too. The house is a great launching place very close to Anglesea and the chocolate factory also. Definitely great value for money. Nothing the host does a fantastic job.

• Bob (10/5): A very comfortable family home for a large group. - The house was very clean and spacious with lots of areas for a large group to sit both indoors and outdoors. The large dining table was a feature and seated our whole group of 12 comfortably. The 2 wood heaters kept the house warm and cosy and the kitchen was well appointed and equipped for a large group. The hot tub looked inviting although our group did not use it. On our arrival Steve and Chloe greeted us and made us feel very welcome.A very comfortable family home and our group loved their stay here. We managed the 1 toilet and 1 bathroom and it worked quite well using a morning and evening shower routine.

• Xiaowei (9/5): We have had a lot of fun - plenty room and space to explore. nice trampoline for the kids, big kitchen, big dining room for us to have activities together. only one bath room, with one shower and one bath tub available. If you have a big group of people, like us, 11, better plan your shower schedule. but it's not a big problem to us.
