• Yolanda (9/5): - El apartamento es muy bonito y esta en buena zona, el transporte esta muy cerca, buena hubicacion Éramos 5 personas, el apartamento tenia un sofa de 2 plazas y no muy comodo. Despues de hacer turismo por la ciudad todo el dia, te gusta llegar y ponerte comodo un rato, no fue posible.

• elizabeth (9/5): - Fantastic location, very quiet area. Lots of restaurants nearby, Italian, Asian and authentic German. Schnitzelei nearby for German food. Castle Bar for a drink. Italian restaurant just beside apartment, food excellent and staff lovely. Tram from outside the door to take you into main Train station,from there everything is accessible. Potsdam for a day trip is worthwhile.
• Julia (7/5): Top moderne Ausstattung mit kleinen Mankos. - Der interessante Schnitt war super - die zwei Bäder ein echtes Highlight. Das Bad mit der Wanne ist ein echter Entspannungsort. Das Schlosssystem ist modern, die Ausstattung ist auch richtig schön! Es hätte etwas mehr Besteck da sein können, in der Dusche die Kalkablagerungen sehen etwas unschön aus. Das eine Schlafzimmer Richtung Straßenbahn ist mit kleinem Kind leider nicht so gut geeignet zum Schlafen. Die Nächte waren sehr unruhig und man schreckt durch die Vibration des Bodens durch die Bahnen ständig auf. Die fehlenden Parkmöglichkeiten sind wirklich ein Problem.

• Sonia147 (8/5): Fantástico, mas poderia ter sido melhor! - Achei muito interessante a localização. Também foi disponibilizado o essencial para uma estadia de 8 dias, o que foi fantástico. As escadas sem porta de proteção. Quem tem bebes compreenderá como é importante ter essa proteção nas escadas, sobretudo dentro do apartamento. Deixo por isso uma sugestão de melhoria para maior segurança, a colocação de pelo menos uma porta no início da escada (zona da cozinha) ou se possível no início e fim da escada para maior proteção de quem tem filhos pequenos (bebes). Foi uma preocupação constante, com receio, durante toda a estadia para que o meu bebe (2 anos) não tivesse nenhum acidente e caísse na escada.
• elisabetta (10/5): Consigliato! - Appartamento curato e dotato di tutto il necessario, esattamente corrispondente alle foto. Un ottimo lavoro di recupero anche del piano seminterrato con la zona notte, che risulta avere buona illuminazione ma resta silenziosa e confortevole. Infissi nuovi e moderni, impianto di riscaldamento molto efficiente (l'appartamento si scalda davvero molto facilmente). La posizione è comoda, la fermata dei tram è praticamente di fronte, mentre la stazione metro è solo a pochi passi (5 minuti a piedi). Per la pioggia abbiamo preferito i mezzi pubblici, ma ritengo si possa raggiungere il centro anche con qualche passeggiata. La zona intorno all'appartamento ci è sembrata tranquilla. Ottima comunicazione con i gestori, che rispondono rapidamente e con cortesia. Assolutamente consigliabile. Nulla di rilevante da segnalare. Posso eventualmente consigliare i gestori di lasciare qualche istruzione per facilitare la raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti, perché ci è sembrato che in quella zona venga fatta anche porta a porta.
