• Gonzalo (10/5): Excelente estadía en La Serena - Ubicación, instalaciones, limpieza, atención del personal de conserjería, asistencia constante de Johan, el anfitrión. Johan siempre estuvo atento en todo momento para que nuestra estadía fuera la mejor. .

• Blair (10/5): Clean, co - The property is very close to the beach and the stay we had in room 907( and in 507 later) had really great views. The hom host, Johan, sent us everything we needed to know to Including all necessary building, parking and condo Information. Although the host was not on site, everything was very easy to arrange via whatsapp and as other reviews have already mentioned, Johan is very attentive. The beds were really comfortable and the condo was very clean. There was plenty of storage space for baggage and the kitchen was adequately stocked with everything that was needed! The view from the room was perfect for later afternoon sun and sunset. We originally booked 3 nights but decided to stay another 2 because the room was so great. Thanks Johan! Everything was really great, honestly. There is some noise from the road (which was expected from looking at a map). There is some co construction going on next door during the day.
• Sandra (9/5): - El Departamento era prácticamente nuevo a si que todo perfecto y además Johan estuvo siempre muy atento y me.dio todas las indicaciones excelente que me fue re fácil llegar , instalarme . Los ruidos de los edificio que están edificando al lado.
