• Jarosław (8/5): - Świetnie wyposażony apartament - zapasem kawy w ekspresie i butelką wina w lodówce. 5 min spacerem od stacji Milano Centrale. Wyczuwalny zapach z kanalizacji. W okolicach wejścia stale stoją grupy ciemnoskórych mężczyzn i czasami zaczepiają o drobne.

• gar (10/5): - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό οι χώροι άνετοι ο Gianni σε ένα πρόβλημα που αντιμετωπίσαμε είχε άμεση ανταπόκριση και μας το έλυσε αμέσως η απόσταση από τον σταθμό centrale σχεδόν δίπλα για τις μετακινήσεις μας .Εγώ βρήκα το διαμέρισμα και για τις επόμενες φορές που θα είμαι Μιλάνο

• zzeee (10/5): everything went great - We spent a very comfortable week in Milan. The unique feature of this apartment is the electronic keys, which allowed us to get into the apartment after a late-night flight. The location is truly excellent: both the train station, metro and trams are nearby. There are shops and cafes nearby, and the apartment has everything as advertised: internet, two TVs, a washing machine-dryer , microwave, kettle, a stovetop, a refrigerator, a capsule coffee machine, dishes, and a corkscrew :) It's not a small thing, but you can't take a corkscrew from home with you if you're flying without luggage :) The same goes for the washing machine: a washing machine in an apartment saves space in your luggage and is better than a hotel laundry, since you don't depend on anyone. Everything worked. We stayed in winter and were warm; the apartment had heated floors. He was a wonderful host, who could have responded with something along the lines of "I already answered you, read carefully," but he was very considerate. I give each parameter a 10. -

• Roxana (10/5): Recomand - Foarte aproape de gara centrala, dotat cu absolut tot ce trebuie, detergent de vase, burete, sare, zahar, capsule de detergent, mop, aspirator, masina de spalat vase si rufe, hota, cuptor cu microunde, smart tv, AC.... Gazda raspunde repede la mesaje, self check in usor.

• Desislava (9/5): Nice and cozy apartment - The apartment was spacious, clean, equipped with all the necessities, air conditioning working, warm water (you have to wait a little bit to warm up though). Location is great, just a few minutes from the train station. There are many shops around. The bed was a bit too soft for our preferences, but it wasn't uncomfortable.

Owszem różnorodność etnicza duża ale absolutnie nie zdarzyła się żadna niekomfortowe sytuacja. Metro , tramwaj, dworzec na wyciągnięcie ręki. W mieszkaniu wszystko co trzeba:) Gospodarze chyba nigdy nie śpią-kontakt 24 h:)

Also used tech to open and close the doors which was interesting! Nothing really, not ideal if you have big suitcases as you have to lug it up stairs .. no lift

• Xiaomeng (10/5): Exceptional - The property has excellent location, literally a few minutes walk from central station. We could easily open the doors using the smartphone. The interior was clean and really felt like a home away from home. We had good communication with the landlord too.
• Martin (10/5): Nice, quiet and comfortable. - We liked that the apartment was keyless and the room opened via the app - that made our stay smooth and we appreciated that we do not have to worry about loosing the keys. Everything was good.

• Agata (7/5): Good - The card/key free entrance was very convenient. The place was clean and nicely decorated. Lack of plates and cutlery. There were some very suspicious people hanging out at the street, however that is not the owners fault.
• Martha (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is on a street that is kind of noisy and has many homeless so I didn’t feel really comfortable at night. However, it is super closed to the train station amd a grocery store.

• Yihan (9/5): Great apartment at the Center of Milan - The apartment is located at the center of Milan. The host is very responsive. A convenience store and a bakery right across the street. Short walk from restaurants and Metro stations. Nothing.
• Elena (8/5): Central location - Very close to the station, good airconditioner, lovely design. Extremely noisy, it feels more like a hostel. The room is located precisely over the building's entrance gate. Therefore, you are enjoying metal gate's knocking during the whole night. We didn't have a good sleep.

• Myroslava (9/5): Good value for money close to the central station, especially for a short stay - Key-less access to the apartment via web app. Air conditioning. Close to the central station. Extremely easy communication with the owner who is btw a wonderful person carrying about his guests. The district is controversial. On the one hand, really close to central station and underground. On the other, wouldn't say it's calm: there are lot of suspicious people with bad habits on the street all over a day.

Nice place to stay near the central station and also you can take the metro near the apartment to go and visit the famous places.
