• Symone (10/5): Great stay, lots of space and amenities. I would recommend over a hotel any day. - I went with a friend and I loved that we had separate rooms and our own bathroom each and not squished like most hotels. It was great to sit on a rather large balcony and enjoy the evening. I would happily stay here instead of a hotel any day. Everything was great but I could suggest installing at least 1 full length mirror somewhere, even just behind one of the doors so us ladies can check our outfits in full before heading out. Towels could also be better quality.
• Tahlia (5/5): Great location, enjoyed our stay but it was dirty - Great location!! So easy to go to the train station/ferry and shops. It was nice walking to the playgrounds/parks that were close by. It was comfortable for our family of 4. Having 2 bedrooms & bathrooms was really nice. Enjoyed going out on the balcony. Great communication for any problems we did have. It was dirty. Lots of hair on the carpet, marks on the wall, bin was dirty & the gas stove knobs where broken but we were still able to use it

• Salman (1/5): Bad - The property manager, Eric, is unprofessional and does not have any respect for customers. He sent me unmatched bank details for the security deposit and did not answer my phone to clarify. I ended up searching for more than one hour for another place at 2 am. It looks like he manages other properties too. It is best not to book any property under his management.
• Shalik (1/5): It was very bad and later the host told me they won’t refund my money back as they found the place broken but I had to c - The location was great. The property was very messy when I reached the place as no cleaning had been done. It was a complete mess and my family had to clean it for 2 hours. Everything was broken and later the host blamed it on me.
• Grant (8/5): I recommend - Good size and location. Close to all amenities. Kitchen cupboard doors need a good wipe over.

• Hasan (9/5): Superb - The apartment is centrally located, and the staff was very cooperative. They sent all the relevant information a night before check-in. The apartment is located at a central place, a few minutes walk to the train station, Westfield shopping mall and Harris park (a kind of food street). The apartment has a central heating and cooling system and is comfortable. The sofa bed was a little hard, and the rooms had no internal locks.
• Sze (6/5): It’s okay - Location. Close to train station and Westfield Parramatta The pillow is too soft and needs to stack them up to sleep. The living hall sofa bed is too stiff

• Greg (6/5): Do not accidently leave keys in room. need to wait hours to get access. - Have access to keys incase of leaving them in room. And when contact person at other end just laughed. Not good.
• Kamu (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location with secure parking .. walking distance to shops and public transport, spacious and clean.
• Prem (10/5): Highly Recommended for Family Trip - Centrally located, just a couple of minutes walk to Parramatta train station and Westfield Parramatta. Apartment is situated in a modern building with great facilities, including a small gym. Ample space in rooms, kitchen and living area with all utilities available amd a very inviting atmosphere. Perfect for a small family, especially if on vacation. Also has awesome views of the parramatta skyline and beyond day and night. Owner was very polite and helpful also. Highly recommended !!

• Akilan (6/5): Great location but needs a lot more - Fantastic location and good size for a family of 4 There was no extra bedding, no extra blankets, no extra pillows, no extra towels or any supplies. The apartment was an Airbnb style of apartment but absolutely nothing was available in the apartment. Nothing was available in the apartment for a family of 4.
