• Adelle (1/5): Shocking customer care - The only positive about this accommodation was the location. Unfortunately, everything else was extremely disappointing and, at times, unsafe. We arrived as a group of 6 adults with an 11-week-old baby on the hottest day ever recorded in history to find there was no working shower in the property. This meant none of us could properly wash during our stay, including before attending a wedding, and our newborn baby was unable to have a proper wash for the duration of the trip. The issues didn’t stop there. The property was advertised as having 2 bathrooms, yet the second bathroom door could not even be opened, meaning we effectively only had access to one unusable bathroom. On arrival, a contractor was inside the apartment eating Five Guys and had our keys, so we could not immediately access the property. We were left standing in a hot corridor with an 11-week-old baby while trying to get access to the property and work out what was happening. We had told the accommodation owenrs our arrival time, so it is confusing why this wasnt all sorted before our arrival.. Communication throughout was terrible — the owners refused to answer phone calls and would only communicate through messages or WhatsApp, despite repeated requests for a direct conversation regarding urgent safety and welfare concerns. They also did not communicate or resolve issues when booking.com tried to communicate with them on our behalf. We were initially told the contractor could not fix the shower because they did not have the materials required, yet later a replacement tap was found inside the apartment itself, making the whole situation even more frustrating and confusing.The tap was fixed rather quickly as we were leaving to attend a wedding, and after we had been dressed. There were also serious cleanliness and safety concerns: No working fire alarms in the property at all, which is completely unacceptable and potentially illegal.

• JOSE LUIS (1/5): No volveria a ese alojamiento y no esperaria ayuda de booking - la ubicacion tuvimos que entrar 4 horas tardes al alojamiento porque no habian limpiado, incluso cuando nos dijeron que ya podiamos entrar estaban limpiando, luego dentro muchos desperfectos, suciedad, lavabos atrancados. Hemos reclamado a Booking y nos compensan con algo de descuento para la proxima reserva, cuando el alojamiento tenia una clausula en la que si salias mas tarde de las 3 horas tenias que pagar una noche completa y nosotros tuvimos que entrar 4 horas mas tarde. la respuesta del alojamiento ha sido cero y la de booking practicamente igual.

Bathroom - the sink was blocked Multiple stains on upholstery Generally very tired inside the property. Awful entrance - rubbish in hallway and staircase. Noisy generator outside bedroom window.

Desgraciadamente el apartamento deja mucho que desear No funciona la calefacción y durante los 6 dias y 5 noches que estuvimos no se pudo arreglar….. la suciedad es vergonzosa, una de las bañeras no traga el agua, los colchones pueden tener más años que un bosque con hoyos Los armarios sucios con restos de tablas, estatenrias…almohadas sucias En cada planta del edificio justo al lado de la puerta de entrada al piso….. demasiados trastos y la moqueta del edificio…..mejor no entrar en detalles

• Chris (1/5): Disaster. - They stole my money. I booked last minute and made my way there. Once the check in time arrived I started phoning and messaging. no response. I had to find somewhere else. They have not acknowledged me or agreed a refund.

We could not gain access We were never given access details and left stranded on the doorstep in central London without accommodation. Another party arrived at the address with ccess details so it looks as if the accommodation was double booked. we were unable to contact the property. The phone number given went straight to answerphone and the mailbox was always full so no message could be left

• Timothy (7/5): It is a great location and it was comfortable. - It is a great location in the heart of London. There are some maintenance and upkeep issues there. Both the first and second floor landings were piled with materials that probably should have been disposed of - old fixtures, suitcases and furniture parts, etc. The bed in the master bedroom was a bit saggy on one side.

• Ty (6/5): Good location but bad condition and poor communication with management after check-in! - Location was great! The place needs maintenance checks. The cupboard, dishwasher, sofa bed, dining room chairs and closets were all in bad condition. Safety concerns as well with all these.

• Sam (5/5): Great location, run down apartment - Location was fabulous The stairs to the apartment were unsafe and cluttered, dangerous to have to climb over broken and damaged furniture and materials. The apartment is run down, the kitchen needs a facelift, the mugs need a good clean, the freezer cant be used. The couch has unstable legs, the arm rests are loose and it has stains. The dining table chairs.are all stained. No air conditioning, and the blinds don't block out any heat or much light. The double room gets very hot in summer.

• Juan (9/5): Fantastic location, clean and spacious apartment. - Great location. The apartment is old but it was very clean and the rooms were comfortably spacious. Also the communication was always timely and good. It wasn’t a problem for us, but the apartment was in a second floor and no lift is available.

• Kimberly (7/5): Overall the place met our needs! - Central location in Picadilly Circus (noisy at night but that's bc it's in a popular area). 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths were good for a big group. Coffee machine did not work and you have to buy your own coffee pods. Wifi was not reliable or strong even after reporting to hosts. . Couch not comfy for sleeping on.
• Ainya (10/5): Will Definitely Use Again. - Great location, travelled with 4 children to see a Theatre show, everything on the doorstep. On Piccadilly, next to Angus Steakhouse and Hard Rock Cafe. Highly recommend for families, we normally struggle to accommodate all 6 of us, so this was perfect with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
• Uyanga (5/5): Lovely location, was hard to moving luggages - Perfect location Old apartment, unclear floor, lack of amenities, no towel, sofas were dirty. Lack of communication with manager and booking.com staff. They both didn’t answered our phone call due to there wasn’t any entrance & key instructions from property manager. We are 10 odd people waited for 2 hours outside of this apartment in the street with 20 luggages and asking near shops owners about asking this apartment’s key and instructions to enter the apartment. So disappointing.

• Gewirtz (3/5): Poor - The location and cleanliness were adequate We did not get advance information about how to access the property and thus we were left calling over and over and over again trying to reach somebody from when we arrived for the next hour or so until 11:00 p.m. the information that was sent ahead was incorrect we finally after an hour got in touch with the hosts which gave us the correct information how to access the property and as soon as we got inside they started sending us messages about making too much noise because it was late even though they are the ones who made us late and kept us out the facility did not look as well upkept as the pictures had shown; floor tiles were loose, the sinks and faucets dripped,
