• Bitpool (1/5): Look elsewhere, Avoid this place at all costs - The Central Location. The room was absolutely disgusting ! As soon as I walked through the door I was hit by a stench, there was damage/marks all over the walls, mold in the shower, worst of all it was infested with cockroaches.

• Luke (8/5): Very good - Clean, practical, great view, excellent shower / water pressure. I liked the blue strip lights also. Towels could be better. Bed linen and pillows could be better.
• Siobhan (7/5): The apartment was comfortable and clean, perfect for short stay. - The location was great for my needs. The apartment was secure I couldn't connect to the internet. It appeared as an option and the password was correct but it just didn't work. This was extremely frustrating as I run my own business and had planned to work. I had to hot spot from my phone. Also the air con didn't seem to work. This was not a big deal the the weather was mild but it would be annoying if it was really hot or really cold.

The reception staff apart of the hotel were absolutely lovely and accommodating for holding my our bags until our airbnb was ready Not happy with the cleanliness of the apartment. We were told we could check in after 3pm. When we arrived at 3.30pm the place still had not been cleaned from the previous guests. The owner contacted the cleaner to come clean which meant we had to leave the apartment at 3:50 and were unable to return until 4:50. Not too impressed.

• Georgia (9/5): Great location, communication and value for money. - Exactly what we needed for our stay. Location was super convenient, especially with the supermarket right across the road. First impressions of the room exceeded expectations. The aircon was left on for us, the view of from the balcony was awesome and everything was well stocked. The traffic and other outside noises were nearly silent. Great communication with the host who answered questions promptly. Excellent value for money. The listing states there is a sofa bed, however this is not the case. It simply means the sofa can be slept on. The towels in the bathroom could be bigger and better quality. The inclusion of a toaster would be useful. The spare pillows had slight marks on them. There were a couple of dirty knives in the dishwasher but apart from that it was nearly perfect.

• Monika (1/5): Bad - The room was extremely small and had a very unpleasant odour. We felt clostrophic and ended up checking out after night 1. No refund was offered by booking.com despite our circumstances and the fact we had paid for 7 days. Sorry hosts as kind as you are, this room had way too much furniture jammed in it, not enough space and the fact we couldn't close the bedroom door etc was horrid. Therr was also a stain on the toilet bowl of prior guests feaces. Pillows could be better than kmart (think kmart are even nicer) and so could bedding - no comfort whatsoever. Would not recommend. Sorry As above
• Eaton (9/5): Superb - Great position, walking distance to Crown , unit had everything we needed in kitchen and bathroom. Bed comfy and great views from the reasonable sized balcony . Very helpful host we were offered a late checkout due to slight confusion on check in time . Bathroom Towel were a bit "threadbare" and old , suggest replacements .. smaller table and chairs in Lounge kitchen area.

Dishwasher full, sink drainer still full bin outside with rubbish, washing hanging on line outside, washing machine full of washing. Used tube of toothpaste left out.. was a very strange experience..
