É um charme, tudo aberto, com uma super vista da praia da Barra do Sahy, com muitas plantas, flores, pássaros, uma delícia! Há um deck delicioso, com uma jacuzzi e churrasqueira, que dá vontade de nem sair de casa. Mas se você decidir ir a praia, tem um acesso no condomínio, através de uma escada. Os quartos são ótimos e o ar condicionado funciona super bem! A casa é muito bem equipada e o Fil é um excelente anfitrião.
