• yuuchu (7/5): 房間很好 但電力設備很爛 - 房間寬敞整潔 對面是超市 地理位置方便 走路可達火車站 sephora 開了客廳跟房間的冷氣後就跳電了 跳電後我們在Booking上聯絡不到房東，我們只好打國際電話 然後通完電話 他才用email傳指示給我們 叫我們自己到負2樓的地下室去找保險絲的開關，重點是下面非常的恐怖！然後也沒有燈也沒有大樓的業務人員可以幫忙找 我們找尋非常久，然後店源開關非常的隱密 裡面有多扇門指示也不清楚 我們根本找不到在哪裡，最後是剛好遇到善心的鄰居幫忙才能找到 整體體驗非常差

• Ramin (9/5): Excellent location, Super clean, good value, just be aware of outside noise late at night. - Check-in was very easy, Italianway has an office in the Centrale train station (near the property). They allowed us to check-in a little early since we arrived in the morning. Apartment is newly renovated and everything in it is brand new. Super clean with all the modern amenities. There is a separate Air-conditioning in each room. Both the bed and the sleeper sofa are comfortable, with plenty of sheets and blankets in the closets. Water temperature and pressure were also good. Excellent location, just a short 10-min walk to the Centrale train station, a little grocery store, a few restaurants and "Bike mi" (city bike rentals) are just below the apartment. Host's instructions to locate the apartment within the building can be improved, although very detailed, there were key details missing that made it difficult to find the apartment on the 3rd floor, but we managed with the help of a resident in the building. Also, there is a night club just below the apartment across the street, which was very noisy with people talking (loudly) and cars revining their engines, usually went on late to about 3:00AM. Closing all the windows helped reduce the noise, but those Italian sports cars can be very loud. Can't blame this on the host, but is worth noting for other travelers.
