• Anahera (10/5): Was a great stay would definitely stay again and recommend to others. - Location was great, check in and out was super easy, apartment was extremely spacious for our family and very clean. Wasn’t able to get the BBQ in the communal area started but aside from that was a great stay.

• Lillian (7/5): Large apartment ok stay - Location was great. The area was cleaned every morning. Room was large enough for our group. There was no welcome brochure/folder to inform us of the small things we needed to know but didn't eg I didn't know you could call the room from the main gate and be let in, not enough washing powder didn't know I had to purchase it. How to get from basement carpark back to room. These are all things I wish I knew when we got there instead of on the last evening. The internet cut out on our 2nd day/night, I also emailed with no reply. Extra towels and linen would have been nice. Also, the dryer did not work....which was one of the main reasons I picked this place.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a kitchen that has almost everything you need. The building also offers good facilities, and the swimming pool is excellent. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. The apartment was comfortable overall, but it does need some maintenance. The shower tends to leak, which causes water to spread onto the bathroom floor. This may also explain why the carpet near the bathroom is not in great condition. Addressing these issues would significantly improve the stay. Additionally, the $50 fee to bring a dog feels a bit high.

• Angela (8/5): My first turn at the Gold Coast and my mind is blown how much you pay here for accomodation compared to Melbourne. For $ - It was on the Gold Coast. Didn’t feel like it was 100% clean, the sofa beds that were in the lounge room were both broken, there was no spare bin bag once it was full. It was also up stairs with no lift.

It’s has everything for u - I like the location of the property, close to the beach and shopping Center The property didn’t supply enough toilet papers, 4 small rolls for 7 days for 7 people and no spare rubbish bags for us to change . We have to buy them ☺️

• Kirsten (1/5): So disappointed. - Convenient location, good size unit, comfortable bedding. The complex was filthy. The pool wasn't cleaned, there were cobwebs everywhere, the apartment's deck was dirty and had one tiny table and a chair for 6-8 people. Kitchen cupboard was broken, there were no instructions on how to operate the oven, microwave/convection etc. The reception never answered or returned calls. The carpark was also flooded and filthy. We were able to pay for an additional carpark, but every day when returning to our car there was rubbish and traffic cones placed on top of our car, on the roof and bonnet. The wifi is practically unusable. We were working remotely and racked up data charges as the wifi wouldn't allow us to dial into video meetings. And the advertised cable TV constantly buffered with grainy images. When we requested assistance, the managers consistently said noone else is having an issue and didn't provide an alternative. Didn't even send anyone to test it or check. Our stay was so bad we had to vacate early and pay significantly more for another apartment. The management refused to provide any refund of what was an exorbitant fee for the state of the apartment and complex. And then they accused us of stealing a security fob in retaliation. Overall a really unpleasant stay. Not worth the $$ at all.

• Pamela (7/5): 2 night stay - Nicely presented, spacious and a great location. The whole place smelled like a wet dog. We had to buy an air freshener and keep all windows open and fans on to try to air it out. Gross. Nearly left early and asked for a full refund.

Very sad it’s over, thank you for the stay :) - The location was perfect for what we had planned, it was nice and quiet inside it was like the balcony doors were sound proof it was great and the size of the apartment was huge compared to most It was a little bit dirty, the floors were a bit sticky and some things weren’t wiped down very well you could see broken spider legs and dead bugs and having no lift was quite difficult with all the stuff we had

The toilet seats were both broken and the sliding door in the ensuite didn’t slide well, you had to almost pick it up to slide it across. The ensuite shower door leaks a lot and makes the floor super slippery. We didn’t have enough bedding for 8 people even though we booked for 8.

The pools looked lovely although a bit cold for July but there was a heated spa indoors which was great! Very spacious apartment, well appointed and comfortable. Prompt communication from the hosts. A wonderful family holiday spot! Some water damage evident on the twin bedroom ceiling and ensuite sink was slow to drain but minor issues overall.

• Adam (3/5): Disappointing - The pool, location and sauna are the only good things. Couches were stained and broken. Sheets had stains when taken from cupboards. Most of the screens were missing from the windows and one of the sliding doors. Toilet seats were not attached; one properly nearly fell off when sat upon. The smoke alarm looked barely attached; the railing on the verandah was not fully secured and would move if pushed. The roof was poorly repaired (just covered with boards drilled into it). The laundry smelled terrible, like something had died in there. Cobwebs were all over the roof of the verandah, and there was built-up dirt in the sliding door channels; the sliding doors did not even lock properly. The windows in the main bedroom could not be locked, and there was rust in the bathroom. We were very disappointed in this place; if we could have found somewhere else available, we would have left.

• Mahrukh (1/5): Terrible Experience. Avoid your stay here. - Nothing except the location. I had an extremely disappointing stay at this property. Upon arrival, the place was in a filthy condition—blankets had a bad smell, all the couches were stained, drains were clogged, and there was a terrible odor throughout the house. I immediately informed the owner about the cleanliness issues, but instead of addressing them, they later falsely accused me of leaving the property dirty and causing damage. To make matters worse, after my stay, the owner posted pictures showing an unmade bed, a towel in the bathroom, and floors needing vacuuming—as if guests are expected to do the cleaners' job! This is absurd. Cleaning is the responsibility of the host and their cleaners, not the guests. I had already reported the poor condition of the property at the beginning of my stay and even mentioned that I would leave an honest review. It is shocking how they are making false claims instead of taking responsibility for maintaining their property properly. I would never recommend anyone stay here. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere
• Petier (1/5): They need to pick there act up as this is very poor service - First of all I had tried to contact the company to move my dates as we where flooded in from the floods could not get in coma with anyone so had to spend a large amount of money to find another way of getting to the accommodation or lose out on the amount of money I had paid very disappointing. Anyways got The property and it was a disaster the dishwasher was full of mold no plug the sink was not functioning as it should the drain was leaking and broken had to use a bucket to catch water also no plug to wash up so had to do it by hand also the dryer was not working and the power point only had one plug working. (A man replaced the dryer but after 2 days) The fly screens to doors and windows where either damaged or missing so the was a major safety hazard my little kids could climb out the window what could have been a death as it's a big drop so had to keep them in one area. Of the apartment the near by houses could see right into the bathrooms seen me and my young daughters having a shower ( also fixed after 3 days of waiting ) Also the mattresses where discussing the aircon was dirty my younger son lived off antihistamines the whole time he was there There was one guy who did help to some degree but I should have been offered a part refund considering the amount of things that were wrong with the accommodation WHAT ELSE The aircon and the set out

There was no privacy in the bathrooms due to the low untinted windows.

• Saurabh (1/5): PLEASE BOOK IT AT YOUR OWN RISK - The location was the only thing good about it. To start with, we drove all the way from Wagga Wagga( 592 km) and as soon as we entered the apartment, we were welcomed by cockroaches in the room, kitchen and bathroom. Upon bringing this issue, we were told to go and buy insect spray from the market (we checked in at 10pm) and we had 4 little kids travelling with us. The TV screen was not working, and the dryer was not spinning. There was not even a single spare toilet roll provided ( we were a group of 8 people). The cieling fan in one of the rooms looked it could fall any minute and made weird noise. Our designated parking space was occupied by someone else on 2 of the 3 nights we stayed. We couldn't reach the person concerned. We had to rearrange the furniture to sleep near the Aircon (provided one Aircon only for a huge size living room) as the rooms had very old fans and not being able to keep the room cool enough.

• Kriste (4/5): location fantastic, access to extra towels, toilet paper etc non existent. - we had no breakfast provided??. the location is great! there was 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 days for 4 people, when my friend called through and visited the man in the reception area to get more he replied he couldn't help her as it wasn't his job. the fans are so noisy on level 3 and the sheets in the main room were filthy.

• Ivie (5/5): If I had photos of the ants and cockroaches we were living with, I’d have shared - The owner called and was screaming at me on the phone. He was very rude, said we’re gonna be charged for cleaning cuz it looked like a bunch of animals stayed there, he said a lot of crazy things. Cleaning fee is included in the booking so I don’t know why we’re gonna be charged extra. It was dirty and it smelled when we got there, we had to spray room deodorant. The cabinets were dirty. A bunch of damp/dirty towels was left in the washing machine. No laundry detergent or dish soap. There was no tissue paper. a lot of things weren’t there to cater for cleaning or normal living.

No access to basement Carpark from tower 2 with my room key to access other tower’s carpark. Took too long to get someone to put up a temporary blind to cover both bathroom windows

• Darshan (7/5): Family Holiday at Cocobella - The location was great, opposite Sky Point Tower and a short walk to the beach. The indoor pool and gym were great to use in winter. The underground parking was easy to use, secure and very convenient. Two bathrooms were good. The Inside of the apartment was modern and comfortable . The owner was easy to communicate with. Wifi included No lifts, lots of stairs. With young kids or luggage not the best. Not enough toilet paper, garbage bags supplied, we had to buy our own. Some of the windows don't have security screens, and open fully, something to keep in mind if you have small children.

• Neha (4/5): Average. - Location was good and apartment was clean. Internet had practically no speed - we checked the speed on all 4 days multiple times and it as 1mbps all the time. Not enough toiletries for 8 people - no soap/body wash - only 1 small tube of shampoo and conditioner was provided in each of the bathrooms to share amongst 8 of us. Not enough utensils in the kitchen - there were not even Tongs in the kitchen. some pots and a couple of frying pans. Chopping board was split in half so couldn't use that either. No Tea or Coffee provided. There were Ants in the kitchen and in the living room so we had to spray kill them the first day when we entered. Water leakage in the ensuite shower, came out of the shower and wet the floor completely everytime. Main bedroom fan was so noisy and shaky that it felt that it will drop on the floor or on us while we tried to sleep. No air conditioning in the bedrooms - it was so hot and we couldn't keep the fan running either because of the noise.

• Ayla (7/5): Good - The aircon was very useful in the heat, the room was bigger than expected, all appliances used worked, the beds were comfortable and it was nice having a singular room that fit the whole family. Location is very convenient, very close to shops, restaurants, tram station and the beach. The pillows were very flat, there is no privacy in the ensuite as there are no window coverings. Communications were confusing, however this is partially due to the booking.com app being difficult to use.
• Zeiola (7/5): Good value holiday - The pool 10/10. The lizards where our favourite absolutely a big plus, we will miss them. The stairs wasn’t aware that there was no lifts. And the ants/ spiders which isn’t anyone’s fault. The shower wasn’t clean enough for my liking, but I am fussy.

We called the host more than 20 times and no answers. We didn’t get soap in bathrooms and owner said its complimentary. Soap shouldn’t be complimentary its must have thing in bathrooms. They have to focus on customer service more as they are charging $450 a night. They have to explain bit more about room direction as key TAG doesn’t work in all buildings.

Apartment is spacious enough Early check in was appreciated Outdoor pool is nice and covered from the wind. Spa was not heated, owner took 12 hours to advise wifi details, no instruction sheets for the buzzer, wifi or swipey key. Bathroom was dirty, with windows which the neighbour could see right into. Asked for extra toilet paper, was told none would be provided. Gym equipment was rusted and half not useable. No duvets we’re given, only sheets and 1 thin mink blanket for each bed, it was freezing when sleeping next to the window. The apartment needs a refresh in general,ceiling was drooping which seemed to have a patch job over it. Beds were on the harder side, would’ve struggled if stayed more than 3 nights. Room advertised as having a bath, however it didn’t have one which was extremely disappointing.
