• Daniel Alexandro (10/5): Amazing place! - It’s a combination of great space, amenities and location! You can walk EVERYWHERE, there’s good restaurants and Izakayas nearby, a train station. The beds are very comfortable and it’s a quiet area. -
• Sarah (10/5): Great stay, we highly recommend staying here. - This was a very cosy unit with super comfortable beds. We stayed as a family of four with two teenagers for five nights. We knew it was going to be on the small side from the reviews so no surprises there. The washing machine was very handy to have. Great location, 7/11 nearby with easy walking to nearby restaurants. We happily strolled around Shinjuku most days. We did use luggage forwarding so that we had less luggage in the unit. The owner was fantastic with communication. The bathroom is small but we knew this prior so it wasn't a problem for us.

• Ankur (6/5): Stay if you're on a budget. Only suitable for backpackers and singles. Not for families. - Close to shinjuku. Damp and small apartment. Carpet is old and smells. Only 70 mins of hot water usage, which was a shock. Small washing machine and no dryer.

Check Tokyu Stat Eastside hotel, really good for same price - The only good thing about the venue is the location It was not that clean, humidity is in the room and ceiling. Noises coming from the balcony of one of the fans of the neighbors We had constructions work in the street since 8 am with big noises and the road was even closed Bathroom is too small, my knees were hitting the door when seated on the toilets Cold isolation is so poor and cold air was coming from underneath the window and even with the heater, the room was still cold. Honestly I do not recommend it to anyone as even the host was not even trying to find us a solutiom and even reimburse. They were accusing us of lying which is so shocking !
• Petr (9/5): Shinjuku Sanchone - Cozy place, quiet area, neighbour respect silence, AC worked properly. Host is attentive and communicates immediately. Bathroom was tad too small for already 80kg guy, but you can bear with it. Space itself is smaller than in pictures.

• Tomas (10/5): Perfect location, excellent host, ideal for an out-and-about traveller <178cm - AMAZING location - like 10/10. It's super close to so many things and yet still super quiet. Very easy check-in with lockbox and the host gave every single bit of information before i arrived, including a full document on how to find the apartment and a video as well. Also provided some things to wash clothes with, some shower lotions and snacks etc Bed is super comfortable. A/C works well. It's great to have a washing machine and outdoor area to dry clothes. I am 182cm tall and there is a beam in the centre of the room that I hit my head on several times, so ducking to avoid this every day was slightly annoying. There's also a metal vent in the kitchen area that I hit with my head several times as well. The shower is very small and although my head did not touch the ceiling in it, it felt very cramped and I couldn't move my arms freely, so i used the shower in my gym instead. Finally, there is no furniture to sit on. There is a small coffee table but no chairs (in fairness, the ad's pictures show this). Still, it seems unusual to have no place to sit to eat or work, if you are no comfortable sitting on the ground. I bought a small stool from IKEA but there was still no desk/table. Personally, I would remove one of the double beds and replace it with a desk/table.
