Jay (3/5): Poor - The apartment was very clean and it was right on the beach They only gave us one key so we could not go out separately. They did not give us extra trash bags or toilet paper. After we left I received multiple messages stating everything we did was wrong, and that I broke something. When in fact it was broken when I got there and I showed it to the person who checked us in. They then wanted me to pay $400,000 pesos to fix it
