• Mircea - Ionut (9/5): An almost perfect location. Still not to be missed - Great location - the neighbourhood is perfect especially for late night stroll, lots of bars and young folks. The metro station is in decent walking distance. The apartament is nice and spacious, fully equipped The inside court is a bit lousy due to the echo - it’s a closed inner court - personally I don’t care, but if your a picky sleeper expect some noises from time to time. Could have used more towels, especially for longer stays. But the biggest minus are the bedsheets - they’re clean, don’t get me wrong - but I hope they really upgrade their cleaning service. Those bedsheets smell the 90s Eastern Europe and not in a good way. That smell is a game changer - and that includes the towels and duvet.

• Robin (8/5): Very good - The property was in a good area. It was very clean and as advertised. We enjoyed the building and the host was responsive to our questions about getting in and fixing the air conditioning. The electrical outlets are older, so current adapters do not work in them. There were 2 adapters in the kitchen (the majority of the appliances have to use them (teakettle, microwave, there was also one in the bathroom for the hairdryer). The problem is, they were in drawers, you had to search, I'd put that in the house instructions so people know what to do. There was also a problem with the air-conditioning functioning. A switch in the bedroom needed to be flipped. (hosts had the information, it should just be in the house instructions). Also, maybe 3 rolls of toilet paper instead of 2.

• Nataliia (7/5): Great location, spacious apartment - Location, big apartment The cleaning was very bad, you could see the dust on the table and WC was cleaned very bad. If you don’t speak English or Italian the key less check in can be complicated, so bear in mind
• Anna (10/5): Very good! - It was a wonderful place in the city center.Two large rooms. It was prepared two beautiful beds. It was very clean and good linens. The was everything what you need for life . I want to return to this apartment. Only one!! Is an apartment for very smart people because in order to enter it for the first time you need to guess how to open three pairs of doors. It's a mystery. Thanks to the neighbors for helping. At night we would just stay outside. The owner should simplify this procedure.
• Daniela (5/5): Passable - The apartment is spacious and has a great location in the center of Milan. Attractions, restaurants and supermarkets are in close proximity. After booking the apartment on booking.com, we received extensive paperwork outlining various rules, regulations, and our responsibilities during the stay (recycling instructions, damage costs, etc.). Surprisingly, we were also required to sign a contract, which I’ve never encountered before for a short-term stay. In total, we received about six emails before even arriving in Milan—an overwhelming amount of bureaucracy for a three-day stay. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed a defective light switch, which appeared to have been broken for some time. Additionally, only one of the three heaters in the living room was functioning. Despite several phone calls to the management company, the issue with the heaters was never resolved, leaving the room cold throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the apartment was also disappointing: there was hair in the shower, a dirty toilet, used dish rags, and a carpet with noticeable stains. Overall, the excessive pre-arrival procedures, unresolved maintenance issues, and lack of cleanliness made this stay far from ideal.

• Sandra (10/5): Comfortable and spacious flat in a perfect location - Everything about our stay was perfect. The flat is in a posh location with shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing all within a stone’s throw. You can easily walk to a supermarket and pharmacy down the street. The flat was very clean and well furnished with comfortable sofas, smart TV, fast WiFi, and comfortable beds. They provided ample linens and storage (dressers, closets with lots of hangers). The bathroom is spacious with a heated towel rack and extra hooks on the door. We didn’t cook during our stay, but the kitchen is fully equipped with all of the essentials. The building is quiet and secure and the neighborhood is walkable and perfect for families.

• Anthony (10/5): Spacious apartment in vibrant location - The size of the apartment was huge and very comfortable. The location right on Via Garibaldi was excellent. Vibrant shops nearby and only a short walk to the Duomo. Nowhere to store luggage after check out.

• Maria (8/5): Very good - The location is excellent and the apartment was clean and well equipped. It was a bit tricky to arrange a specific appointment and be able to arrive that time to get the apartment keys. We ended up delaying due to travel delays, and the lady that received us was pretty nice, but we were anxious about the time that day. Also there is an extra cost whether you would like an early check in, or late check out, that in our opinion was kind of hefty. Another detail that we didn't know about was that after we booked our stay we had to sign a contract with the company regarding responsibilities during our stay, such as recycling, costs for damages etc at the apartment, that we thought would be obvious just by our booking on Booking.
