• James (3/5): Disappointed and over priced - Good location Poor real estate agent keys weren't left in the lock box had to wait for the lady to come back tonthe office and she couldn't find the keys so had to wait for her to find the spare key amd use them, no linen had to buy for the stay at a very high accommodation cost, neighbours filled bins so couldn't put rubbish in the bins wjen I left, house was left tidy but real estate still charged an extra $50 for cleaning because mopping and vacuum is on the guest to do not the cleaners. Go through another real estate other than lifestyle group, very poor and unsatisfactory.
• Kat (3/5): A joke - The location and the house itself were good. The backyard is fenced and appropriate for dogs. The house is advertised as three bedrooms but only two bedrooms are functional due to one door being obstructed by large heavy furniture. The house was not cleaned thoroughly when we arrived. The house also did not list that linens are not included, and this was only mentioned after we paid. The staff are horrible, rude and disrespectful. Particularly Shane and Jake. The staff has charged me for pre-existing cleaning issues.

• Lynne (9/5): Fabulous! - Such friendly staff at Elders who managed the keys. We had things attended to very promptly. We had a great stay. in the pool every day. It was so good to be able to have our little dog holiday in the same house with us. also the pool was great - got our money's worth for sure. Lovely little Weber - plenty of space to cook a BBQ. Had several over the week. a great town with plenty to do - summer or winter.

• Dawn (7/5): Ideal for dog owners and comfortable, but needed thorough clean and crockery replaced. - It was a comfortable, convenient home with a great covered outdoor area which was especially good for our dogs. We enjoyed having Netflix too. We left the house cleaner than when we arrived. Floors were swept but not washed. All the windows and fly screens are dirty. We cleaned some and also cleaned up yard. Side gates don’t lock. The crockery was worn out ie glazing worn off and poor condition.
• Denise (10/5): Great weekend in Yamba - What a lovely home, great location, close to town and a very peaceful neighbourhood. Would definitely love to come back in summer and take advantage of the pool.
