- Ulrike (6/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung ist der große Vorteil, zentral , fußläufig alles erreichbar, unmittelbar zwischen Fußgängerzone und Schmachter See. Die Größe war für 2 Personen komfortabel.Sehr guter Parklatz für den PKW . Die Sauberkeit. Oberflächlich erstmal ok, leider war der Balkon nicht gefegt, die Brüstung nicht vom Winterschmutz befreit und schmutzig , in der Küche war die Abzugshaube völlig verdreckt,Ölfäden hingen herab.Eine Nutzung unmöglich.Die schmale Wendeltreppe aussen zur Wohnung ist für ältere Personen oder mit Handicap ggf. beschwerlich und sollte vorab ehrlich benannt werden.
- Posern (10/5): - 50 m von Schmachter See entfernt. Man kann vom Balkon auf See schauen. Einkaufsstraße gleich um die Ecke. Sehr ruhig. Waren Ostern da. Wasser in der Dusche konnte nicht vernünftig geregelt werden. Mit Kindern schwierig.
