• Dashmesh (10/5): Amazing and reliable and recommend anyone to stay here. - It was at a great location, a super cosy but spacious place with ample space for friends and even a karaoke system (not for after 10pm). Has parking and 24 hour amenities nearby too. Fridge was not working and not much cooking options but can contact the host about it. Host was responsive and super friendly, kind and accommodating. Apartment was clean and clear instructions provided too. Fairly new and recent to booking.com so don’t go by the number of reviews. One of the best places if you’re looking for smthg close to border! Even has a water filter. Fridge was not working and lack of utensils or cooking options though it was not required.
• Ronnie (10/5): We enjoyed the convenience of a home stay - The unit is clean and well equipped. The host Jerry was friendly and met us on arrival and showed us the unit and surrounding. The unit is above a shopping mall with plenty dinning options and there is a super market- Jaya Grocer. If you are not driving and arriving from Singapore by public transport it is a short walk from the Johore immigration complex to the apartment None
• Sofia (9/5): Superb - The location was great, and there was lots of food options around. Nice apartment well furnished and a wonderful host. It was a last-minute booking. Therefore, the host didn't have enough time to tidy up the space but overall had a good stay

• M.s.prakash (10/5): Exceptional - I went there with my family and my 3 kids was so happily enjoyed in the house playing around and watching cartoons. The owner came along pass me the key and bring us to the sweet home. Very nice gentleman, so humble and very friendly welcoming us.

• Salina (10/5): Magnificient. - Apartment was clean & beautifully tastefully decorated. Owner was kind & welcoming. Very nice person & gave us detailed instructions during the check-in. He even gave our kids freebies! That was really a nice gesture. Love the waster dispenser, it is very convenient. Balcony is superb (nicest one so far we have encountered in terms of aesthetics) & view is lovely. Toiletries & sachet drinks/tea was given too. Not all apartment will provide this. So this was really fantastic. Aircon, TV and fan are in every room. Love that if it gets too cold, we can just switch to fan and TV in every room was a plus. There is also live tv, not all apartment will provide this too especially when we just wanna watch Tv and not netflix/youtube. Overall, worth the money. We really enjoyed & feel comfortable staying here and will definitely come back. (Maybe if there is a small dressing table in the master would be ideal) Nothing.
• Jacqueline (10/5): Exceptional - Everything, cleanliness of the apartment, location and also the host is really friendly and helpful. Probably the residence parking part, as we are there the first time. There was some confusion with the security guard.
• Ranedear (10/5): Exceptional - The owner, J, was super hospitable despite us being very late for check-in. The apartment is exactly as pictured, nice, new and clean. The towels and bedspread provided are all single use, which guarantees cleanliness and 10/10 hygiene levels. Location is convenient, and the mall below the apartment has quite a fair bit of food. There's also 2 massage parlours, nails salon and other amenities around. Nothing at all but if we have to nitpick, the area has a lot of mosquito due to it being beside the sea. But apartment itself exceeds expectations.
• Ernie (9/5): Highly recommended home stay!!👍👍👍 - Apartment is new and clean✨️ Nice sea view from the pretty balcony🪴🌷 Cosy living room🧸 Hygienic disposable beddings Each bedroom comes with a TV Kitchen is fully equipped and toiletries provided Very friendly host and check in and out was smooth.🤝 Overall, everything is good. Would be better if the ceiling laundry drying rack could be functionable or a portable drying rack and laundry basket are provided.
