We had difficulty entering as I didn't have access to the Internet to get the entry codes for gate and front door. Described as having a washing machine which was a shared laundry room requiring a token to use, selected times only.

• Joanne (7/5): - not sure but those midgies that fly around the room are disgusting & the WIFI Password needs to be on the fridge next to other details & the network supplied. Also a few junkies staying when we did using obscene language not a good look staying in the unit next to us and around the corner on our way out to the carpark.... unsure if it was their private residence but the language it was quite frightening.
• Jodi (7/5): Clean, nicely furnished studio in a great location in Mandurah. - A nice studio in a very good location in Mandurah. Very clean room and the bed was comfortable. Walking distance to everything in Mandurah. Lovely large bathroom and a very handy kitchenette. Although the inside of the studio was very clean and tastefully furnished, the outside unfortunately let it down. You could not sit outside as the furniture was dirty and you had the air conditioning unit blasting hot air onto you. Although you couldn’t smoke in the studio, there was a distinct smell of cigarette in the corridors and pool area. Although the listing shows photos of milk in the fridge, you do not receive any milk and only two teabags for a 2 night stay.

• Terry (1/5): Terrible stay with no sleep. - Laundry next door with spin dryers going at 1.30am, bad smell in room, nothing in fridge, flies in room.
• Murray (8/5): Was ok - Car park was located near the room and easy to access the room. Bit noisy from other residents, a little run down, a cockroach was running down the kitchen wall which wasn't very pleasant but the room was clean. Slept reasonably well. Gate to property didn't work which wasn't ideal for security reasons.

• Sarah (7/5): - Good location, 10/15 minutes walk to marina Apartment very clean Easy self check-in, codes etc emailed before arrival Prompt response from owner with any queries Good pool Everything you need to make breakfast, snacks in the room Modern walk-in shower/bathroom Pool towels provided Great air-conditioning Was quiet location and didn't hear any noise from other apartments On arrival the first thing we noticed was the corridor and the room smelt a little damp and smoky, even though this is a non smoking room people in other apartments are smoking and you can smell this in the room This is not a holiday complex, people live in the apartments on the complex and some of the areas are untidy and unkempt The pool area is quite nice but again is a little untidy and needing some work/cleaning The description says washing machine in room, this is in a communal area not room Photos show toiletries in the bathroom and biscuits/different milks etc in the fridge but there was just one carton of milk, no toiletries in bathroom apart from small bar of soap and body lotion, only one toilet roll for a 2 night stay Only 2 coat hangers in wardrobe so had to hang everything on door hooks The patio area outside the room needed a good clean down and patio table was old and rusty

• Graham (9/5): Cute accommodation, great location - A lovely room, clean and decorated nicely. Location was perfect for a walk down to the water front door dinner and look around. Unaware that Monday a lot of things are closed including the reception for the property. Instructions for entry was clear but need to do a laundry, luckily I found a cleaner who, very kindly gave me access and to obtain tokens to use the machine. In the end all worked out
• Jane (1/5): - I arrived at 2pm Sunday I was trying to find out how get through the gate I couldn't get the locked box undone I made about 3 or more times no answer then got a message I'll ring you soon no one called me eventually a refund went into my bank account . I was now stuck in Mandurah after coming from Yanchep I was visiting friends who had come over from Queensland most unconvinced
• Shelley (9/5): fantastic place to stay, just a couple of minor updates to information provided would be helpful - Clean, comfortable, well presented, good location. The in-room menu was helpful and especially the QR code to scan for room service was an excellent feature For a 2 night stay having 2 milks would have been nice rather than just 1. The gate codes that were provided to me were incorrect (ie car gate code was pedestrian gate code and vice versa) and exit code for pedestrian gate is push green button. The Sunbreakers menu provided is the room needs to be updated as prices were different when I ordered

• Lorene (7/5): We did enjoy our stay here , the location is perfect and the room was clean and tidy. - We have stayed in this complex before. We were attending yet another show at the Mandurah Performing Arts so location was again perfect. The room was clean and tidy and met our expectations. We would have frequented Sunbreakers Restaurant where the food has always been fabulous but in this instance it was closed. Unfortunately this time around, there were some noisy people in a unit nearby who didn't go to sleep until 1am so the banging of doors and yelling out in the corridor was quite distracting. Our previous stays in this complex have always been good. Perhaps being an inside unit in a corridor noise just carried. I know you shouldn't compare but there were no tissues/ no shampoo or body wash and only 2 tea bags and 2 coffee bags which wasn't really enough for our stay.

• Ch00klady (7/5): Great location - The location of the unit was perfect for our stay, just a short stroll to the centre and cafes and restaurants. There was good communication from the host, and picking up the key was a straight forward process. Secure parking put our mind at ease leaving things in the car, and there was ample space to park. I loved the big pool, which was great to cool off on a hot day. As an overnighter, the unit was comfortable enough and well equipped with everything we needed, including a small kitchen and aircon. However, I did think that for a longer stay the unit was a bit smaller than expected and very dark.

The instructions on how to access the unit were clear and easy to follow. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes when we arrived. We had to move the bed slightly to get something that was dropped and there were used cigarettes and dirty tissues down the side.

• Esther (7/5): Basic - Just an overnight stay on our way to Margaret River. Appreciated the efficient communications via Booking.com and convenience to access the room. The restaurant right next to the apartment provided us with good dinner in late evening. The room was a bit small, but facilities adequate. Felt the beddings and towels were all moist, not sure because air conditioning was not turned on before we entered the room.
• Cheng Siew (8/5): Good little place for couples - Very clean and easy check-in process. However, reception was closed on the day we checked in and we could not use the laundry facilities. It is really tiny and didn’t like dat it was a studio. Unable to cook as will make the bedding smell.

• Hoi (4/5): Nice room undermined by second-hand cigarette smoke - I appreciated the secure access to the property, with codes for both the parking gate and pedestrian entrance. The room itself was cozy and well-furnished, with all the listed amenities, even though the apartment building is older. I had originally planned to stay for two nights but had to shorten my stay due to ongoing cigarette smoke from neighbouring units. Despite the room being non-smoking, the smell filled the corridor and seeped into the room throughout the day and night. It’s a shame, as the stay would otherwise have been quite comfortable. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t the right fit for me this time.

• Heather (7/5): great little unit in quiet complex - it was clean, well equipped and in summer the pool would have been great. liked the full size fridge. easy parking. nice towels and bedding. great security even a good security flysceeen door at back so we,could let fresh air in overnight easy access from car park sitting space was small. hard to watch TV. so didn't use the couch it was fine for our purpose, couple needing to stay a night or two. due to mobility aids it was a bit small to move around

• Susan (5/5): Passable - The unit has no power points on the wall near the bed, which was a problem as my husband needs to plug in his CPAP machine to assist his breathing overnight. I called and texted the management number given to request an extension cord but got no response. Very disappointing.

• Christina (7/5): Great for an overnighter, comfortable bed - The bed was comfortable, the unit was neat and tidy, the towels were quality, the Owners were very quick to respond to an issue, although I didn't use the kitchen it looked very well equipped and the fridge had drinks which was a nice surprise given how cheap the booking was. I understand it's out of the owner's control but a load of noisy kids running back and forth for almost an hour and the work outside blocking carparks, there was an issue with entry to the unit, the TV remote didn't work too well and the water pressure wasn't great but that could have something to do with the work being done in the carpark.

• Animeads (8/5): Very good - Initially we were booked into this unit but were not informed of the renovations/maintenance being undertaken and were unable to properly get into our room. Then the water was turned off due to these. However, after contacting the booking agency, they very quickly put us into another unit, which was bigger and nicer. We did enjoy our stay in the end- Mandurah is lovely and this apartment was in a central location.

First impressions count! - Well there were renovations* going on at the site which we did not know until we TOO LATE to change or cancel paid in full. Unfair. This* made getting in uncomfortable, walking through sand and finding that there was no key in the lock box. I had to ring Management 3 times to get help to get in. They were nice. Later I found that some other entry instructions were added at the end of the origional ones. Had they been the FIRST instructions, it would have been easier to get in. This needs improvement. The apartment was fine. It was the getting in which made a bad impression.

• Rubylyn (8/5): over all it was a good stay☺️☺️ - Unit is very clean and smells nice as soon as you go in! Love the chocolate they put on top of the bed and very generous to put a bottled of water and softdrinks for us. there’s a guy who always talking and laughing loud to other people next to our unit early in the morning around 7am that woke us up even though we still want to sleep more but all you can hear is his loud voice passing through our unit.
