- craig (1/5): Avoid - Booked this last minute as in ariving in 1 hour . Could not find the property was told I had to fill in an online form to submit passport information before I was given details/acsess . This was not mentioned on booking.com and I had no access to my email to fill in forms . 5 travellers 2 kids under 8 years old and no access to the property. Had to find somewhere else to stay at 8pm at night in a strange city. As above
