• Davide (10/5): FANTASTIC! - We’re a group of six people and despite this we stay as at home. The house was near to whole types of facilities like supermarket, fast foods, underground and bus stops. The neighbourhood was very characteristic of british houses, we loved the outside aerea and the kindness of sam. The wifi works very well and all was very clear. for the last but not at least the food we found like milk, cereal, coffee, tea… The two divided bathrooms but was sufficiently specified

Close to Wood Green tube station, the clean spacious apartment has all of the facilities you could need (and more), with the added bonus of a lovely garden terrace in a quiet location. Nothing - everything was perfect.

• Regan (7/5): Wood Green is a great location. You can get anywhere easily on the tube. The apartment is modern and clean. - We were meet at the property for ‘check in’ and a tour, which was very helpful. Any questions and concerns were answered and addressed quickly during our stay. Amazing location, Tube only a short walk away. Loads of shops close by, including supermarkets. Newly renovated, very modern. Loved the small outdoor area. The original house has been spilt into two apartments. We stayed downstairs. When someone was staying upstairs it was sometimes noisy. The downstairs apartment is a little compact for 5 adult sized guests, would recommend no more than 4 to be comfortable. The bathroom is very small with the shower being a tight fit for the tall or large. Maybe more hooks in the bathroom would be useful to keep clothes off the floor.
• Shusen (10/5): Wonderful location. Owner prepared everything you might need. Fruit/cookies are really appreciated.. - locatin is perfect for us. However, I didn't notice that the train station to Brighton is so close. Otherwise, I would've taken the train to Brighton to pick up a rental care. Instead, I took Picadelliy line to Heathrow to pick up a rental car to drive to Brighton in order to start my England road trip. None
• Michael (10/5): About as good as it could be with 3 young boys. Just about perfect ! - Great location with many amenities nearby including some great eateries. Underground station just up the road and Bus 29 to Trafalgar Square too which is great for some extra sightseeing. A visit to the local Alexandra Park topped it all off. We were greeted upon arrival with a warm smile to be shown our spotlessly clean apartment. Small but cosy and perfect. Our Grandsons loved it as did we. Lots of little extras like fruit, milk and biscuits made it even more welcoming. I have stayed in apartments before in London but this topped them all ! Apart from carrying a leg injury and running around after three grandsons, there were no dislikes at all !! How can anyone dislike London !!!
• Ilan (8/5): Ideal apartment for one couple, or for one family with one or two child - The property locates not far from underground station named Wood Green, and it took only few minutes to go from the apartment to the underground station. In the main street, not far from the apartment there is lot of restaurants in the area and also supermarket. According to Booking com. description, that the apartment has 2 bath room and 2 toilettes, we order the apartment for us and our friends (2 couples). But the information was wrong, and the apartment has only one bath room and one toilette. So, our friends decided not to stay with us and they go to stay in other place. The apartment is ideal for one couple, or for one family with one or two child.
• Conny (10/5): Very good! - Cute nice little apartment, with everything you need, plus extras like fruit, milk and cornflakes. Clean and modern. Bathroom with shower and toilet is very small but normal for London and as the bathroom and toilet are separated there are two sinks which makes it easier for a family of 4 to get ready in the morning. Beds are comfortable. Super good and quiet location. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants (in all price ranges) are 2 blocks away. Better for shopping than downtown with all the tourists. There in Wood Green and Turnpike Lane better prices and more locals, very friendly and helpful. Only 2 minutes to the underground-train-station “Wood Green”, in about 30 minutes to Piccadilly Circus or 40-50 minutes by bus (line 29 or 141) to the middle of the city center Trafalgar Square or London Bridge. The landlords Sam and Iman and the housekeeper Simona were very nice and helpful, they were very careful that everything was right and that we were satisfied. Contacted us prior to our arrival and gave us all the information we needed and let us know that we straight should get in contact with them if we need or miss anything or need help. Also helped us on the first day because we were missing a blanket (since we are not used to sleeping with double blankets). We will be back definitely. We recommend!

• Luke (10/5): Exceptional - The host allowed early access, arranged parking directly outside of the property, informed us of local taxi companies and was in contact a week prior to our stay to arrange all the necessary requirements. Property was clean, modern and perfect for our needs. Location is excellent for visiting Central London, Alexandra Palace in particular. Would definitely recommend and we will be returning soon.
• Helen (10/5): Great little apartment, close to Alexandra Palace with easy transport into central London - Pretty little apartment, with an outdoor space, comfy beds and everything we needed for our weekend stay. The hosts were lovely, really helpful and couldn’t have done more to make out stay enjoyable.
• Anja (10/5): Perfect:-) - Fantastic place, everything new, shiny and spotless, located in a quiet street, just around the corner from Wood Green high street with shops, restaurants and cafes and the underground with just about 25 minutes to Picadilly Circus. Very nice hosts, very responsive and things like tea, coffee, milk, cornflakes, fruit and bisquits were provided when we arrived. There is a great private patio, nice to sit there with a morning coffee, even in October:-) Would love to stay here again.

• Tracie-anne (10/5): Really first class and I was sceptical beforehand only ever stayed in hotels and guest houses. - The host could not have been more helpful. He came to meet and greet us, show us around the property and how things worked to make our stay trouble free. He dealt with the parking for us and ensured everything went smoothly. All the little touches were very appreciated. Hairdryer, extra bedding and towels which were all spotless and fresh, iron and ironing board. A lovely little garden area to sit and have coffee which was so nice early morning. Welcome fruit and biscuits alongside some necessities like coffee sugar and milk. Really modern property with quality finish and furnishings. Was just lovely and prefect for our weekend. The host kept in touch over the weekend to make sure we did not need anything and had everything we needed to make our stay the best it could be. I liked everything but especially the hosts attention to detail. That was first class and the highest possible standard. If I had to offer a suggestion it would be that the shower room floor got wet and was a bit slippery so a bath mat or absorbent towel to put on the floor would be good. Was not an issue for us as I had brought towels from home and I used one of those. Its not a criticism just an observation to help Sam further improve the property.
