• Christian (8/5): Zentral, trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegenes Apartment mit kleinem Lichthof nahe dem Markusplatz. - Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, nach einem Telefonat kurz vor unserer Ankunft war die Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Es gibt hier eine kleine, zweigeschossige Wohnung mit einem Patio und Bad im Erdgeschoss und einem kleinen Innenhof, der mit Pflanzen gewachsen ist. Sehr ruhige Lage mitten in Venedig, absolut empfehlenswert. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll ausgestattet das große Doppelbett im ersten Stock mit einem Topper bestückt. Saubere Bettwäsche. Für zwei Personen ideal, für Familie mit Kindern könnte gegebenenfalls das Dachgeschoss mit hinzu genommen werden, hier befindet sich eine Schlafcouch. Die Küche war vollständig ausgestattet, inklusive Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine (dolce Gusto). Die Sauberkeit war für italienische Verhältnisse in Ordnung.
• c4colton (10/5): - The house was spotless upon our arrival! It's located in the heart of Venice which gives a genuine experience of the island. The property next door to a cozy restaurant and about 70m from a square that has plenty of restaurants to dine at. The only downside is that it's about 35 minute walk from the main parking area/taxi drop-off.

Everything was clean and efficient and close to St Mark's square. It had lovely details and a functioning kitchen That there were no sheets for the pull-out sofa bed - apparently they had to be pre-ordered which is very unusual. It was a pain when you arrive with a friend late at night and didn't want to be sharing a double bed together. Also the hot water tank was very small - and definately not suitable for the bath - but perfect for showering. I'd definately rebook - but would make a note to pre-order extra sheets.
• Eran (9/5): Sweet, clean and inviting. Definitely a recommendation - Sweet, quiet but at a great location. Very clean, very comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for a short vacation tomorrow. Hot water boiler is very small(25l) so at cold times it’s only enough for one person shower, also the water stream is weak.

The owner has cleverly separated the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, making the living space feel even more comfortable. What's really special, though, is the landlord – they're incredibly friendly, warm, and always ready to help. We're really grateful for this wonderful stay and appreciate all the assistance from the lovely host. Thank you so much!👍❤️

Daevin the manager was excellent as well. Property was comfortable and very homely with an excellent location. N/A
• Kirils (6/5): Pleasant - The excellent location was the only plus point on our trip. San Marco is a couple of minutes walk. There are lots of SPAR stores nearby. Bathroom and toilet are clean. There is a small courtyard. We arrived at 19:30 and the apartment was not ready yet!!!! We were checked in only at 22:00. This is unacceptable!!! Photos do not correspond to the interior. The furniture is different now. The apartment is very small. The third floor with a sofa - generally useless thing. There are low ceilings. The photos are taken with a camera with a wide-angle lens and it seems that the apartment is large - but it is not. The pans in the kitchen have no lids. Making an omelet was a problem!

• Danny (9/5): Romantic house near San Marco. - The little house was well decorated. There was a good airco and wifi. The location was very central and yet very quiet. There was a little courtyard to sit outside. The kitchen was well equipped and a had big fridge. Maybe a toaster?
• Wayne (8/5): Very good - the location was brilliant. the flat is so close to piazza san marco but it is still so quiet. you couldn't hear a sound inside the flat. the aircon was amazing. the mattress wasn't bad either. luggage storage of 3 euros for the day at Bounce is a 3 min walk away from the flat at Hotel Le Isole. the biggest drawback for me was that the bathtub was not cleaned upon arrival. there were long hairs all over the bathtub. i cleaned it myself with products i found in the kitchen. they need to offer more pillows. if you are 2 people, you only get 1 pillow each. i knew that the bathroom was located on the ground floor but it is incovenient since the bedroom is located on the first floor.

Had everything we needed, including a great little kitchen if you are planning to eat in at all. Close to san marco and very central, was perfect for our stay. Lots of good restaurants around and shops nearby. Owner Edvige was so lovely, made our stay really great with advice on places to go and support. Thank you for a lovely stay! Nothing, it was perfect in every way! Only point for people booking would be on accessibility, as there are stairs (with railing) to the bedroom and main living area.

• Dominik (9/5): Cozy, quiet spot right in the center - Perfect location, very central but in a quiet side street. Nicely decorated place, homey feeling. Super easy and quick communication with hosts - Wifi stopped working and she contacted the provider right away to solve the issue within minutes. No problem to leave our bags at the apartment long after official check out time.
