Rachel (7/5): Good stay - Spacious for a 2BR apartment. Wi-Fi was reliable. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to East Street Market (excellent prices on fruit and veg and other products). Linens were clean and beds nicely made. Management helped us add an extra night when we couldn’t book it via the app. Our family of 5 was comfortable and felt the price was reasonable for London. Some rooms had mold on the walls. Management was slow to deliver a usable kettle and replace the broken microwave (2 weeks). One of the beds could use a mattress topper or a new mattress.
