• Karen (9/5): Great stay - clean, comfy and a great location for getting around Toowoomba!!! - Easy communication with owner for how to get in and out... a nice red wine on arrival was a beautiful touch and was great to have supplies provided - coffee, sugar, sauce, salt/pepper, soap, shampoo etc...

• Mrs (10/5): A cosy home away from home. - We booked the property to stay at for the Red Hot Summer concert in Queens Park. A quick 5 minute walk, and we were there. Nice and central to the CBD. Thoughtful touches like a bottle of wine, chocolates, and a bountiful supply of everyday items such as tea, coffee, and toiletries were a big plus. Comfy beds and living spaces that were tastefully decorated made it feel like a home away from home. An earlier check-in time and some outdoor furniture in the front yard to enjoy a drink would benefit this property. We also could not locate a tumble drier.

Being a small cottage it had so much space for us to relax. Well appointed with everything a group of friends needed for a mini break. Would be fabulous for family too. Nothing to add here

I would have liked some face washers and some more clothes pegs.(Went and bought some and left them behind for the next people). And a clothes basket or bucket to hang the clothes out on the line

The property was very neat, tidy and clean. Bright and sunny in the cottage. Excellent parking at the accommodation. Easy communication and entry into the property. Hassle free holiday. Quiet location and very quiet road outside. Good to have a bath for the young children who were with us and we used the board games also that were provided. The aircon in the main bedroom was noisy and we had to turn it off despite the cold.
• Carmelo (8/5): Very pleasant and cosy and close to CBD. - Location was very handy to what we wanted to see and do and the CBD was within walking distance. TV reception was not reliable. We could only get 2 networks free to air and when we were able to obtain it was fuzzy and very poor reception. So we gave up and watched Netflix instead. We were not able to watch our favorite TV programs. We notice that the TV Antenna was damaged and properly needed replacement.

Would like to suggest a non-alcoholic beverage to drink as opposed to the Wine. The one couch in the tv room needed a bit of a clean. Someone had spilled a beverage on it. It had been cleaned but I think perhaps needs to be updated. Other than that the venue was lovely and clean.

Aircon was on before we got there so it was quite refreshing. Everything was great although the bath tub needed a clean before use.. but everything else was great!
