- RICARDO (9/5): Excelente casa, mas o anfitrião precisa se atentar para detalhes importantes e necessários. - Casa confortável, com quartos espaçosos e bem equipados. Piscina muito boa e bem inserida na área social. A limpeza das áreas sociais deixou a desejar. Teia de aranha na escada e nas plantas que enfeitam dentro da casa. Apesar de ter uma boa piscina, na casa não há copos e pratos de acrílico ou plástico para utilização na área da piscina. Outro ponto de destaque negativo é que a casa não dispõe de quarto de serviço.
