• Sascha (9/5): - sehr schön ausgestattetes Apartment. Tolles bequemes Bett gute Lage zur U-Bahn. Tiefgarage Parkplatz im Haus möglich. (muss aber vorher reserviert werden für fünf Euro pro Tag (nicht Nacht) die Sauberkeit der Umgebung. Dies hat allerdings mit den Nachbarn zu tun und nicht mit dem Apartment selber und den Betreibern.

• Péter (8/5): A parkolási problémát leszámíva nagyon kellemes. - A lakás nagyon tiszta, kényelmes, barátságos volt. Metro 10 perc sétával elérhető. Hiányzott a figyelmeztetés a parkolási problémáról. A házzal szembeni fizető parkoló már nem létezik. A ház alatti fizető parkolóban telt ház volt, vélhetően a lakók miatt. Gyakorlatilag nincs lehetőség sehol megállni. Amennyiben sikerül mégis ház közelében szabad helyet találni, úgy az mint utólag kiderült Bécsben komoly bírságot jelent. Nem valószínű, hogy sokan tudják, de Bécsben a peremkerületekben a lakóövezetekben is csak rövidtávú parkolási zóna van, amit legtöbbször csak a kerület határán jelölnek. Ez természetesen észrevehetetlen menet közben. A lakótelepen pedig semmi nem utal rá. Nekünk ez a lecke 50 EUR-ba került. Wifi esténként szinte használhatatlan.

• Magdi Nassar (5/5): 3 night stay - It was just okay, nothing to mention in particular that worth mentioning as something we liked First of all, the smell isn't good at all. The whole apartment, the beds, covers, pillows, smell like sweat. Most probably because the apartment lacks fresh air. This brings us to the second problem; there's no way to have fresh air enters the apartment except the terrace doors. Actually, the terrace is connected with other apartments and a ladder from the ground floor, so it's not secure or safe at all to leave it open either while you're asleep or away from the apartment. Even while you're there, lots and lots of insects will go inside. We had to deal with some. The terrace is bigger than the balconies above you, and your neighbours throw their garbage from the window (banana peel, cans, plastic bottles, tissues....) so it's dirty and whatever you do to clean, they keep throwing. No AC, no fan, no window, just a loud noisy device that can not be moved as it's connected to a huge tube in the bedroom. And bed covers are for winter or cold weather, while temperature was 28 Celsius. Curtains are useless as they are metal strips. Daylight will illuminate the whole apartment as if they're not there. The bed is not comfortable at all, and the sofa bed too, which also is not suitable at all for 2 persons. Pillows can not be described because they are as slippery as an eel. The air exhaust in the toilet doesn't work properly and has no key, and when I contacted the apartment manager/owner, they advised me to wait and the smell will take its time and will get put. We were four persons staying for 3 nights, and all the tissues they provided were 3 tissue rolls. The apartment is not near to any metro station at walking distance, and you need to walk a long distance for a bus station that takes you to the metro station. It's very far from Innere Stadt, so you travel a long distance for attractions. Price should be decreased by more than 30% for this apartment to be a good value for money.

• Ritvars (8/5): - Ļoti labs dzīvoklis, labā vietā, atbilda tam, ko bijām sagaidījuši. Praktiski labas guļam vietas ir tikai diviem cilvēkiem, dīvāns ir relatīvi maziņš un ne visai ērts.

• Emilie (9/5): Comfortable and convenient once settled in. - We received clear pre-arrival instructions, including a very helpful video on how to collect the keys. The apartment was well-equipped with a separate toilet, bath/shower, washing machine, fridge, and portable aircon. The sofa was set up with extra bedding and towels and was comfortable enough for our third person. The apartment door was tricky at first (especially for us as Australians unfamiliar with the locking system), but easy once we got the hang of it. The mini freezer wasn’t usable due to a frozen drink bottle stuck inside and a door that couldn’t open fully. The portable aircon cooled the space well but was quite loud — earplugs helped. Alternatively, the bedroom balcony doors can be tilted open to let in a breeze.

• Stanojev (8/5): Very good - The accommodation was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-located, with great amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend! The only downside is that the parking spot is not free, so keep that in mind if you're coming by car. However, the bus stop and metro are well connected, which is a big plus!

Clean appartment. it kind of felt like there were a lot of small things that were missing which would not bother that much by themself but combined they did. A lot of potential that needs few improvements to get to that next level. Neighbourhood could be cleaner for sure Area close to the tarrace really dirty Neighbours were throwing trash on the tarrace of this appartment from higher floors. We were almost hit by their dirty dipers. Almost no pots/pans or spices like salt. No bathmat or curtain in the bathroom. Impossible to really open the freezer.

Misleading Parking Info for Nordic country travellers. No Air condition( they suggested that they would give me a portable A.C or something like that it was too late for that). Sofa bed uncomfortable. Customer service is a little touchy. I was misled about parking availability. Despite being told there was parking for a nominal fee across the road, I couldn't use it as it was restricted to Germans and Austrians, which was a major issue. Additionally, I noticed that the residential complex primarily housed people of a specific demographic, which seemed unusual. When I contacted the staff, they were more interested in minor details rather than helping. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to international travelers. Also the kitchen top was destroyed in a few places.
• Mikhail (9/5): Decent option on the outskirts of Vienna - The apartment is modern and clean. The double bed is good enough. Dishwasher, washmachine, microwave, a kettle and plenty of power sockets are present =) The apt has benches instead of chairs. We were missing a chair in the bedroom. The paid parking in front is unmaintained and quite dirty. Virtually no option to use street parking nearby. Building itself is not very clean - quite some shady people around, who throw garbage everywhere

• Monica (9/5): Very good choice for visiting Vienna - The apartment was spotless clean, everything we needed was there. The area is quiet and the car parking across the street was a huge bonus for us. The car was perfectly safe there. The kitchenette had everything we needed: a fridge, a stove, plates and cutlery, good knifes. We liked the fact that it was a coffee machine there, but since there were no pods and we did not stay that much in Vienna we did not have the chance to use it. Plenty of hot water (and by hot, I mean really hot). Cold tap water, like always in Vienna, perfect for drinking. I actually miss it already. The washing machine was there as well (did not use it though). The bedroom had nice beds and we enjoyed a very good night sleep. Also, the couch was big enough and comfy enough for our kids (teenagers). Nice balcony. The owner answered every question we had very quickly and offered detailed information. I particularly liked the video showing us how to get into the apartment. Absolute perfection! We could reach the center in 35/40 minutes by metro (out of which a 15-20 minutes walk to the station, but there were other options too). Also, the taxi was around 22/25 EUR from city center to the apartment. First of all, "did not like" it's a much too powerful phrase, since we very much enjoyed staying here. Also, we did not discuss any of this with the owner of the apartment since for us there were not really big issues, so it might be that we did not manage to do things "right": 1. I could not see any air conditioning. Since there were some vents and it was a controller on the wall I assumed the air conditioning might be "centralised" for the building, but we could not make the controller work. The heaters on the other hand were fully operational and it quickly became much too warm. We closed the heaters and opened the windows a little bit, but we kind of wasted some energy there (hopefully as little as possible). For the ones that enjoy a warmer room it should be perfect, we are used with 21 degrees. 2. There were 2 TV's, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, that was excellent. They had streaming apps, everything you might want, but no account for those apps. I have accounts for most apps, but in different countries and, strangely, I couldn't make them work. Since we did not spend THAT much inside and we all have our phones, this was not an issue at all, but it would have been nice to be able to watch a movie. 3. In the pictures the balcony had some outdoor furniture that was not actually there. Granted, end of March might not typically be a good period for staying outside in Vienna, but we were lucky to have decent weather. As I said at the beginning, for us those were not negative points, just "what a pity" moments. Also, it's most probably that the first two at least could have been avoided by leaving an instruction booklet in the apartment explaining how everything operates (preferably not in German, even though translation apps these days work very well).

• Tamás (8/5): Good option for value. - The apartment is in a newly built apartment complex and the apartment itself was clean and well equipped. The communication from hosts is very clear, all required information is given in time. Good parking option right in front of the building. The apartment building wasn't the cleanest (e.g. there was trash in the elevator). Some noise from upstairs neighbours during the late evening was audible. The sofa bed in the living room was a bit narrow for two persons.
