• Zbigniew Stonoga (10/5): breathtakingly beautiful - It’s impossible to remain indifferent to this offer and the exceptional quality of service provided. On a 10/10 scale, the most impressive aspect is the location – it guarantees complete privacy, peace, and quiet, while still allowing you to enjoy yourself in luxurious conditions around the clock, without worrying about disturbing anyone. The villa is located about 28 km from the airport, but with the cost of renting a fully insured car for 8 days being only 320 euros, the distance becomes insignificant. Photos simply do not capture the full beauty of this property or the magical atmosphere that surrounds it. The owners are a wonderful family running a large business in Cyprus – and this villa is truly their pride and joy. Andreas, the head of the family, proved to be exceptionally hospitable; after just two days he invited us to a lavish dinner, giving us the chance to experience local culture, art, and delicious Cypriot cuisine. This is a place that words cannot fully describe – you have to see it, feel it, and immerse yourself in the beauty of the surroundings and the warmth of the people. The place was truly beautiful, and we enjoyed every aspect of our stay. On top of that, there are excellent amenities, such as a heated off-season pool and a large, fully equipped outdoor grill, allowing you to enjoy cooking together at any time of the day.

Not only is the house well equipped, beautifully lit by night and with all the amenities you need, but Andreas the owner goes above & beyond to make you feel welcome with his hospitality. From thoughtful gifts upon arrival, to answering questions and helping with our needs to treating our family. You’ll love the privacy of the villa, plenty of shaded areas around the pool & house, the BBQ and the separate new house with the 3rd bedroom with great sea views. We’ll love to come back soon! Everything was perfect. For us it was good to have the car to get around, though it’s just 25min to the airport.
• Dor (9/5): Great villa for a chill vacation - The pictures reflect the reality! It is an awesome villa with great view to the sea and wonderful hosts. When arriving the hosts left some gifts for us and everything was clean and tidy. You have everything you need for a comfortable staycation, including dishwasher, washing machine, and very equipped kitchen & also an outside kitchen for BBQ. In the fridge you will find ingredients for breakfast. We especially enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, the lovely pool, the sound system (you can connect your phone with Bluetooth or USB) and the beautiful design of the villa. The villa is very kid friendly. We managed to order a local massage 💆🏼‍♀️ to the villa, and it was great (look for: Maroni SPA by Helena in google maps). We can also see the potential of the villa if we ever want to celebrate a special event, it will be a great place! We would love to come again! ❤️ It was impossible to find taxi drivers in the area and it’s hard to walk to the beach since there are no sidewalks. But Andreas, our host, very kindly drove us. He also arranged a lift to a local supermarket, so we can get everything we needed. We would recommend to rent a car if you stay for more than a night or two and want to explore the area.

Die Villa ist schlichtweg ein Traum – atemberaubend in jeder Hinsicht. Schon beim Betreten spürt man, wie viel Liebe und Hingabe in jedes Detail geflossen ist. Die Einrichtung ist edel und stilvoll, gleichzeitig warm und einladend. Besonders die romantische Beleuchtung im Garten, die jeden Abend in ein kleines Paradies verwandelt, hat uns verzaubert. Überall spürt man eine besondere Atmosphäre, die zum Wohlfühlen und Träumen einlädt. Die Musikanlage war ein weiteres Highlight: perfekte Beschallung bis in den letzten Winkel des Gartens – einfach einzigartig und ideal für entspannte Abende in großer Runde. Wir haben schon viele private Villen auf Mallorca, Ibiza, Fuerteventura und anderswo besucht, doch keine einzige kommt auch nur annähernd an diese Villa heran. Hier stimmt wirklich alles – es war das absolute Nonplusultra, ein unvergessliches Erlebnis, das uns alle tief beeindruckt hat. Und dann die Gastgeber: Andreas und sein Sohn sind zwei wunderbare Herzensmenschen – warm, aufmerksam, voller Gastfreundschaft. Man fühlt sich nicht nur willkommen, sondern wirklich umsorgt, fast wie bei guten Freunden. Noch nie zuvor hatten wir Gastgeber, die mit so viel Liebe und Freude dafür sorgen, dass es ihren Gästen an absolut nichts fehlt. Wir sind uns alle – acht Personen – einig: 10 Sterne reichen nicht aus, wir würden am liebsten 100 vergeben! Diese Bewertung kommt von Herzen und spiegelt genau wieder, wie unvergesslich und traumhaft unser Aufenthalt war. Wir können jedem nur empfehlen, diese Villa zu besuchen. Für uns steht fest: Jederzeit wieder, so oft wir nur können. Nichts - es ist einfach alles perfekt.

The location is wonderfully private, yet supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible by car. The host went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Special thanks to Sotiris and his father, who arranged more than we ever expected. From the warm welcome board, thoughtful gifts, and complimentary drinks to all the extra touches—they truly made us feel at home. We were treated more like family than guests, and that personal touch made all the difference. I genuinely can’t wait to visit this place again.

We came to celebrate a birthday, and the host surprised us in the most amazing way – fireworks in the garden, a cake, candles, balloons – all from the heart! Every day he checked if we needed anything, and every request was answered immediately. When we needed a grill rack for the BBQ, it arrived the very same day. The villa is stocked with everything you could possibly need – all types of kitchenware, spices, toiletries, plenty of towels – truly, you just have to arrive and enjoy without worrying about a thing. The warm hospitality, exceptional service, and the feeling that the host genuinely cares made our stay unforgettable. Full value for money, a dreamy place, and a host with a big heart. The villa is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very cozy, with an amazing view of the sea. It's located in a peaceful and private area, yet only about 10 minutes by car from supermarkets and restaurants. When I booked the house, I knew we would be in good hands. But I couldn't have imagined that so much. Sotiris was very kind and helpful in everything.We had a little problem but he immediately took care of everything around our travel.He selflessly helped organize everything. I mentioned to them that we were going to celebrate my 30th birthday in Cyprus. We discussed with Sotiris that his father, Andreas would wait for us and take us to the villa on the day of arrival. Andreas called me a few days before our arrival to reassure me that everything would be fine with our holiday. He said that don't worry. I trusted that everything would really turn out well. And what happened after we arrived to Cyprus is still unbelievable to me. Andreas prepared a surprise for me and my friends. It was an incredible feeling that I felt when we walked through the door. I can't even put into words the happiness and gratitude that went through my body and soul in those moments. I will forever be grateful for making me feel so special then. Even now, my heart fills with gratitude when I recall this feeling.Andreas said I will never forget this holiday. • Maciej (10/5): Beautiful memories that will stay with you forever - Hands down the best stay of all our stays ever. We were 6 adults + kid. Place was huge, everyone could relax. I cannot even describe the beauty of the place, you have to go there. If you think pictures are nice - reality is even better. It’s super clean everywhere (inside and outside of house). The BBQ space brought us so much joy - we used it for dinner. The audio system as well lightning was unbelievable. We had few requests during our stay and host made sure to deliver. We really appreciate all the time and effort that was made so our vacation is unforgettable. The most important thing about this place are people. Andreas as well his family are pure souls, you can go to 6* hotels and you won’t feel as good about your stay as with Oasis by the Sea 🌊 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We loved everything!

Andreas went above and beyond to make my parents’ 60th birthday celebration special. His warmth and hospitality made us feel truly at home. He was always on hand to answer any questions or sort anything we needed out - you won't find a better host, trust me! One of the highlights of our trip was when Andreas and his wife took us out for dinner to an authentic Greek taverna in his hometown. This personal touch made our last few nights even more memorable. Oasis By The Sea was the perfect place for our family celebration, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The pool was pristine and a joy to swim in, with a gentle breeze that kept us comfortable even in the August heat, making the stay incredibly relaxing. The lounge area provided the perfect space to unwind at night, and the villa’s location made trips to both Larnaca and Limassol easy. The BBQ area was phenomenal, and the facilities overall were top-notch, making our stay truly exceptional. I've stayed at a lot of different villas but this one hit differently. I'd rebook tomorrow, and will be coming back for sure! This is the BEST villa in Cyprus - without a doubt! That we couldn't stay longer! What an unforgettable trip for me and my family! Can't wait to go back again next year!

The house was exceptionally clean, tidy, and well-equipped, especially for those looking to BBQ, as it has all the necessary facilities in the outdoor kiosk area by the pool. Another delightful feature was the house's sound system, which is connected to speakers throughout the property, both inside and outside. The hosts thoughtfully stocked the house with breakfast essentials (bread, eggs, vegetables, cheese) and were always available to address any needs to ensure our stay was perfect. The villa is just a 5-minute walk from the sea and a nearby beach bar. Our stay was excellent, and we will definitely book this villa again next year. Highly recommended and truly worth it.
