- Leonardo (8/5): Buena estadía por un buen valor. Quedé bastante conforme. - la ubicación es excelente, cerca del centro y de los puntos de interés de la ciudad. La atención de las personas fue muy gentil y cordial y me guiaron en situaciones que desconocía de la misma ciudad. El acceso al estacionamiento es algo complejo de encontrar porque la numeración del appart no está muy visible, lo que me complicó porque tuve que dar otra vuelta para encontrar la entrada al estacionamiento.

Cocina con implementos basicos, no para largas estadias. Pagué desayuno por varios dias, quedaron de devolver pago porque no pude utilizar en horario y no he recibido devolucion ni contacto. Hay rotacion de personal, cero coordinacion. Un dia me daban una info al otro dia otra. El desayuno es en cafeteria externa y lo mismo, no me atendian porque nadie habia informado supuestamente nada. Personal gentil, pero sin resolución, buen aseo.

El desayuno es un 10/10 en el café anexo que hay en el edificio, es tan bueno que minimiza el hecho de que se empieza a servir muy tarde. El closet no tenia colgadores pero en la recepción prontamente me pasaron un par, pero son cosas que deberían estar en un clóset. El horno Muy mal genio el recepcionista nocturno que es quien debe abrir la puerta de noche.

- Verolop145 (9/5): Un buen lugar, sin duda volveré - Los apartamentos son cómodos y el lugar esta muy bien ubicado, hacen limpieza diario y están dispuestos a facilitar elementos que no tengan los apartamentos directamente. La cocina esta poco equipada, había solo una olla para todo, y solo cubiertos normales, no para cocinar. Además había bastantes zancudos, que es algo de la epoca, pero que se intensifica por dejar abierto el balcón cada vez que hacen aseo.

La cama de la habitación súper cómoda, facilitan desde toalla hasta shampoo y secador de pelo. Lo que me hizo decidir por este lugar fue que leí muchos comentarios de otros lugares que tenían problemas con el estacionamiento, y aquí no tuve ningún problema, avisamos para reservarlo y jamás nos quedamos sin poder aparcar ni tuvimos que mover el auto. Muy amables los recepcionistas. Concepción es una ciudad hermosa y si vuelvo, seguro me vuelvo a alojar aquí. Creo que no lo considero un problema pero no sabía que no tenían ascensor y andábamos con dos maletas grandes que tuvimos que subir hasta el piso 4 pero nada tan terrible, compensa con todo lo bueno que tiene el hotel. Y me parece que si hubiese pedido cambio de habitación al primer piso me habrían facilitado pero no lo consideré necesario, me gustó la vista de mi habitación.

- Galván (7/5): Cómodo - La ubicación Las paredes estaban algo sucias y tuvimos la mala suerte que un día llegaron unos motoqueros que hicieron ruido toda la noche y a pesar que reclamamos a las 11 pm siguieron hasta la madrugada

- Sauceda (8/5): Un espacio lindo con buena ubicación - La ubicación es excepcional, me encanta que tenga estacionamiento, el caballero de recepción nos trató muy bien y el departamento es lindo en general El departamento se ve que tiene ya sus años y probablemente antes la relación calidad precio era excelente pero ahora se ve un poco más deteriorado. Es un poco caro para un espacio que no es tan silencioso y necesitas subir escaleras, además que la cama no es tan suave

- Jessica (9/5): Lindo y cómodo lugar - Lindo departamento con muy buena ubicación en barrio tranquilo y cercano a locomoción y varios restaurantes Falta mantención en los departamentos y la limpieza no es muy buena

- Jessica (5/5): Hubiera elegido otro dpto. - Ubicación y personal amable Que las cortinas no abarcaban el tamaño total de ventanal , quedando al descubierto una ventana puerta en donde se veía directamente a la habitación y al baño. Lo mismo en el living lo cual no había privacidad en ningún lado. Se conversó y ofrecieron ir a instalar cosa que no ocurrió. Yo estuve en el depto trabajando y nunca estuvo la intención de instalar cortina.

- elaubo (9/5): Comodo y bien ubicado - Lindo depto., muy cómodo, bien ubicado, con cochera. Precio acorde. En el check-in hubo un problema ya que en la reserva de Booking figuraba el valor total y la moneda de pago en USD, eso fue preponderante para que yo realice la reserva ya que estaba recién llegado al pais y aun no tenia pesos chilenos (era sabado y las casas de cambio cerradas). Cuando realizo el pago con dólares en perfecto estado cara grande la recepcionista me los rechaza "porque no eran blue", cosa que nunca me sucedió en otro lugar (no eran cara chica) . Esto hizo que tenga que perder 1 hora en salir a buscar casas de cambio sin éxito por lo que no me dio otra opción que abonar con tarjeta de credito. La cocina tiene faltantes basicos, no habia ni un trapo o repasador, tampoco un cuchillo con filo.
