- Aymen (1/5): Dirty place and old! - The location was perfect The apartment that I checked in was horrible, dirty, and not clean at all with full trash. The linen was used and messy. The apartment was on the 3rd floor with no lift, just stairs, and I have 3 kids. I called the customer service of the apartment, and he apologized and told me to let me check the owner. Maybe they forgot to clean. He sent me a message to transfer to the 4th floor to another clean apartment, and it was really great, but no choice!
