• Robyn (5/5): - THE FLAT IS BIG AND WELL LOCATED. PARKING IS GREAT. The flat is not very well kept. One toilet did'nt flush well, Furniture is old and uncomfortable Beds and mattresses need refreshing. There was only one set of keys for the 4 of us, and too many keys with no labeling what they are for, which made it a bit hard to get in to the house

• Christine (5/5): Von der Lage her sehr zu empfehlen, ansonsten darf man keine Ansprüche stellen. - Die Lage des Appartements ist wirklich sehr gut, mit der Straßenbahnlinie 14 (Haltestelle 80 m entfernt) kommt man direkt ins Zentrum zum Dom! In der nächsten Umgebung des Appartements gibt es viele kleine, sehr gute Frühstückslokale und gute Restaurants. Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und es war sauber. Die Ausstattung des Appartements ist nicht zeitgemäß, sehr alte Möbel, ausschließlich Klappbetten. Leider waren keine Geschirrtücher vorhanden, außerdem war es nicht möglich, die Heizung in den Schlafräumen und in den Bädern zu aktivieren, sehr ungemütlich bei Frühtemperaturen von 2 - 4 Grad!

• Sofiane (10/5): Appartement de rêves pour des vacances sereines - L'appartement est grand, propre, lumineux, sécurisé, a un bon emplacement, il répond à toutes les attentes, il est proche du centre, le tram passe juste à côté, il y a des commerces, pizzerias et restaurants à côté, les hôtes sont très sympathiques et réactifs. C'est L'appartement idéal pour passer les vacances à Milan. Pour mes prochaines vacances, je prendrai cet appartement 💝💝💝💝💝

• Juan (8/5): - La ubicación, cerca del centro y próxima a la parada del tranvia. También es un punto a favor que dispusiera de plaza de aparcamiento. Lo alta que eran las almohadas y el ruido de las puertas de los muebles de la cocina. Tampoco estaría mal que contara con una tostadora.

• Laura (1/5): I wouldn't advice this appartment to anyone - The appartment was spacious and in a good location. The hostess was there to answer my questions. The appartment was extremely old, with no renovations at all. Poor quality, old towels, there was not even one single hook in the bathroom where to hang the towel. The main bedroom had no light. There was an old lamp that didn't work. I almost fell down at night when I got up for a bathroom visit. The second bedroom had two twin beds that were narrow and uncomfortable. The kitchen appliances were old.

"Owner: If you liked your staying rate us best points, if something was wrong writte in private.".. not working like that :)) Moldy washing machine. Beds not comfy. No floor towels/carpets in bathrooms and its slidy. Written that is mandatory to wash dishes (other way you will get a fee), but it's no dishwashing soap and sponge was almost black instead of yellow. No hand soap, 1little bag of shower gel for 3nights, poor service overall

• Karolina (10/5): - Bardzo polecam, świetna lokalizacja, do centrum pół godziny na piechotę, gdyby nie prace drogowe to można tam podjechać kilka przystanków tramwajem nr 3. Cicha okolica, samo mieszkanie duże i wygodne 🙂 jeśli macie auto to do mieszkania jest przypisane miejsce w parkingu podziemnym - duża wygoda przy podziale na strefy parkowania w Mediolanie!

• Miodrag (7/5): All in all it was a pleasant stay, but some of theese things can really be improved. - We liked the location and general cleansiness. The most important parts of the appartment, bedrooms and bathrooms were pretty clean. Wifi was great and coverage of the appartment was also good. We have had some problems with the appartment and the owner was swift to reply and helpful. The appartment was really cold on the day that we arrived, the heating was off for the whole day and considering that we arrived late, couldnt be turned on. The ACs also failed to heat the appartment up, since they were bearly heating. The appartment was mising some basic stuff like toilet paper when we arrived.

• Marina (10/5): Exceptional - The communication with the host was exceptional, they are very attentive, quick in their answers and tried to satisfy our requests! The apartment is very big, confortable and clean. I can 100% recommend a stay here!

• Mariester (7/5): Apartment itself was good but need more improvements when it comes to facilities. - Apartment is clean and near to transportation. Very homey. The air conditioning is not working. It is very hot! The table top cooker also did not worked. It was not comfortable to sleep since it was very hot, we are sweating plus the mosquitoes. The host tried to help and sent somebody to fix but until we checked out it was not fixed at all.

The host react very fast for enter in the rent and she is very kind. I recommand 100% this place. For me the beds are not like i want but its a very personnal opinion.
