Alberto (8/5): Retornando a Sampa - Localização. Sempre uma ótima opção com o metrô. Pra qualquer lugar. A piscina é boa e a organização do prédio também. É a terceira vez que ficamos nesse prédio e com o terceiro anfitrião diferente, mas nessa opção tivemos dificuldade de falar com o anfitrião às vezes. A troca de quarto em cima da hora, sem aviso prévio, acarretou na nossa permanência na rua, até que fosse resolvido. Depois, por erro na data de permanência realizada pelo anfitrião, ficamos sem acesso ao prédio no dia seguinte, mas o porteiro do dia nos ajudou bastante , pois o mesmo entrou em contato com o locador e, logo em seguida, o mesmo nos atendeu via ZAP.

IVAN E MOREIRA (10/5): Excelente hospedagem com entrada e saída do metro na mesma rua. - Instalação são boa estava limpo e tudo que precisei estava funcionando; Localização boa mas precisa de cuidado no período noturno; Recepção cheguei por volta da 00:30h e fui bem recebido na portaria; Contato com locatário sem problemas; Oque não gostei está relacionado com a entrada e saída da estação luz saída azul que fica no máximo 200 metros da acomodação que fecha às 20:00h e aí tem sair que sair pela linha Amarela e dar uma volta aumentando o trajeto e no caso no dia da minha chegada à 00:30h tive sorte que tinha um taxi na porta de saída da estação.
