- Rebeca (8/5): Boa opção para famílias. - O flat é bem bonito e a comunicação eficiente. O ar condicionado dos quartos é ótimo! As roupas de cama e toalhas são muito boas também. Fica bem localizada. A geladeira é espaçosa e a cozinha bem aparelhada. A sala e cozinha não possuem ar condicionado, o que deixa esse ambiente bem quente. A parte de lazer atrás ainda está um pouco crua. Encontrei insetos mortos no quarto, como eu tenho medo tomei um susto. A rua tem um cheiro forte de esgoto (só na parte de fora do condomínio).
