- Daniel (9/5): Great city apartment - Great size apartment in a great location. Tram out front , walkable to Marvel and Crown areas . Swimming pool very good and even access to two nice tennis courts. Blinds in bedroom let more light in than I like from nearby buildings . We created a "make do " for our stay and got an eye mask. All in all woukd stay again

Good sized apartment which was great for our family. The couch was disappointing. Not comfortable and not enough seating for our family of four.

- Lihong (9/5): Convenient, comfortable! - The location is extremely advantageous. It's very convenient and fast to get around. Just outside is the light rail station, and there are also large supermarkets nearby. Free parking is available, and the accommodation is of high safety standards! The hygiene conditions are poor. There are still cookie crumbs on the dining chairs. Hope to improve this.

- Carol (10/5): Great location, spacious, comfortable, fully equipped, and with free parking. - The location was fabulous - close to the Southern Cross Station and tram stop. Having washing machine, dryer and all the facilities made it very convenient and comfortable. All this apartment needs is extra lighting in the bathroom.
- Ryan Doble (10/5): Comfortable and well priced - Stocked, clean, comfortable. Everything you'd expect at a good price. The polyester sheets could be improved by being 100% cotton, and the shower head is a bit weak.
- Theodoros (9/5): - Location, facilities and condition. The process of checking in and getting the keys was very difficult. It relied on email instructions which i didn't receive until after i got there and had to go a wild internet search and chat. To be fair I did arrive early.

The location was very convenient – close to Southern Cross Station, the airport bus, and tram stops, making it easy to get around Melbourne. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, and looked exactly as shown in the pictures, which was a big plus. It was well-suited for a group stay, giving us plenty of space to relax. The owner was really helpful in answering our queries and requests, which made the stay even smoother. Overall, a good choice for anyone visiting Melbourne with friends.

The blinds don’t cover windows properly. Big gaps at sides which lets a lot of light in from surrounding buildings . Couch uncomfortable and only big enough for 2

- Henrietta (10/5): Fabulous and highly recommend on every basis - if we were lucky to go back one day, I would have no hesitation in stayin - This is a beautiful property, situated in the centre of Melbourne. So easy to get everywhere, with trams nearby. Perfect place to stay when we were seeing our daughter (first time in a year) and an old friend from NZ (although she didn’t stay in the apartment).
Perfect base.
Contact with the owners Bec, Nick and Bruno was very easy and super friendly. Could not fault it

- Adrian (8/5): We enjoyed our stay at the Luxury Apartments - The facilities were good, beds were comfortable, close to most things in the city ,good access to trams and trains. Needed more fobs to do individual activities, had to go to basement to get rid of garbage.
- Oz (1/5): Bad - Very unsafe if there ever is a situation. Cannot open the door from inside without the key. In case of an emergency could be life threatening if keys are unavailable.

landlord was available easily when reached. 1. whole unit had just one air conditioner in the hall and didn't quite help when room doors were kept closed in the night.
2. key collection and drop off location was not available at the place but a little distance away.
3. only one key was issued for the whole unit.
