• Brenda Thalia (10/5): Perfeita. - O apartamento é perfeito, com elevador para ajudar. É lindo por dentro e por fora e está super bem localizado, fizemos passeios no entorno, andamos a pé até a parte do centro histórico e foi realmente muito rápido e fácil. Tem transporte público na rua da frente e mercados a uma quadra de distância. Ele é perfeito.

• MANUEL (10/5): A great apartment in a beautiful city! - The apartment is right along a street full of shops and restaurants but the fourth floor was quiet and peaceful. The entire penthouse is clean and the beddings were clean and fresh. Dimi was very kind and attentive.

• Gerhard (7/5): - The flat is spacious and close to the city center and it is clean. The apartment lacks all the little things that I think should be provided. For example, there are dishes in the kitchen, but not even salt, pepper, or a dishwasher tablet. There's also no soap in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the apartment is also overheated, and the tram is very loud. Although other guests have already complained about this, the host has obviously done nothing about it (new windows, thermostats).

• Laura (10/5): Perfekt für einen komfortablen Familienurlaub! - Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, die Zimmer großzügig und SEHR sauber! Die Küche ist auch super zu bedienen, sauber und gut ausgestattet.
• Basma (6/5): Average stay - Location is amazing.. that's about it. Can do better in same area. Run down and not as clean as we were hoping. Found some coins on bedroom floor and wrappers in elevator which made us question how it is cleaned. King/queen bed is two mattresses stuck together with a dent that makes it impossible for couples to share or for one person not to have a backache. Single beds make noise when you move. No attention to details, lamps that don't get lit easily and/or not plugged in.
• F (7/5): - The location is great, super central and also close to the water. Very easy to get to by tram. The host is also very responsive. The beds were not comfortable. The master bedroom had two single mattresses, hollowed in the centre, and the second bedroom had two very thin single mattresses. Also, no bedside lamps in the one bedroom.
• Regina (10/5): This was a perfect apartment for our group of 5. There was one more separate bed so it could have easily accommodated a - The location was excellent, walking distance to everything we wanted. The unit was clean and well prepared. Plenty of parking. No complaints ☺️

• Debbie (10/5): Lovely location in spacious apartment - Fabulous location with 5 minute walk to Lake Zurich, five minute walk to several grocery stores and a two minute walk to a main tram stop. We also walked to Old Towne very easily. Also very close to free swimming spots as well as some of the public pools that charge a small fee. We stayed during a period of “extreme heat” warnings, but the windows + fans were great and kept the apartment cool. Kitchen had everything we needed and we appreciated the space.

• Ann (9/5): Highly Recommended Penthouse - Lovely well-appointed apartment with loads of character and in a great location, close to the Lake, Opera House, public transport Could have done with a few more mugs. Tiny quibble in an otherwise excellent experience
• Simon (8/5): Great location, very warm for the cold weather and very clean apartment. The lift was handy too - The location and apartment space. Also very clean and easy to contact property manager when there was a blocked sink. They were very responsive.

• Manvi (8/5): Good location and facilities - Good location, nice clean big rooms, 1 bathroom was bit tight for a family of 5 but all went well. Clear instructions received from the host on how to check in and reach the property.
• Kamini (5/5): Not quite nice after a 10 hour flight with kids and pre communication that we will reach by a particular time, the host - Location and access to market and public transportation Host didn’t reply timely even when it was communicated that someone will be there to receive at the premises and explain about house rules. I was standing outside the premises for half an hour in the rain with 5 big bags and 2 small kids, reply time was very late and there was nobody to host us at the beginning.
• Anjali (8/5): Clean comfortable stay. Convenient location. Friendly staff. - Convenient location very close to tram stop. 10 minutes ride from centre of Zurich. Restaurants and grocery store within 5 minutes walk. The building is old but facilities in the apartment are as described with washing machine, dishwasher, iron etc0. Staff responds quickly and is polite. They had provided fans for each room as per our request and they were really helpful as it was quite hot otherwise. Only 1 key is given so we couldn't all come and go as we desired. There's only 1 bathroom.
