- Karen (10/5): Very pleasant stay. Amazing views. - Great location and views. Very spacious apartment. An expensive apartment that needs a few extras to make it value for money. A golf buggy would have made it worth the nightly charge. A washing machine and dryer would also have been really helpful. Instructions for the door lock system and wi-fi were incorrect and required a few calls to offsite management.

- Belinda (8/5): Absolutely enjoyed every minute there. Very comfortable and apartment had everything you could need. Kitchen well equipe - Good size apartment with all the amenities you need, great layout. But most of all the most spectacular views of anywhere in the world. Water pressure in shower was a bit low due to being on top floor (13th).
- Kane (8/5): Very good - The apartment was outstanding. The view is amazing. Could not recommend it any more Hard to keep the birds from landing and defecating on balcony.

- Helen (8/5): We loved our stay at this apartment mainly because of the views - The view was spectacular The bed was comfortable the kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor furniture was also comfortable. The bathroom needs a little upgrading especially the tap ware, also the chest of drawers in wardrobe needs replacing very old.

- Sean (7/5): Good - Only 1 towel each, for the week. No changes in towels for the 7 night's stay and no Buggy for the price we were charged.

- Michael (6/5): Pleasant - Excellent location. Excellent views. Apartment was well below expectations. Bird excrement all over the balcony and furniture on arrival. One would expect balcony to be cleaned prior to arrival. Furniture and fittings worn and in poor condition, only two towels supplied for two adults for 6 nights (although another two towels were provided following complaint) and Internet was restricted to less than 1gb per day or $45/day over 1gb. No access to our own account for Netflix, Stan etc due to limited data. In summary apartment was well below expectations of a $600+ per night apartment although location made up for the below expectations of the accommodation. Private apartment and maybe owner really only interested in the maximum return with minimum investment.
- Shinae (5/5): Passable - The view, location and pool are all perfect. The entire place is filthy, upon arrival there was still rubbish in the kitchen bin with oyster shells left sitting in there which made it stink. The floors had black hair everywhere, honestly looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned in ages (I had to vacuum as soon as I put my bags down). I didn’t dare use their cutlery, plates, glasses as it felt incredibly unhygienic with food crumbs sitting in the utensil drawer. There was a foul musty smell coming from the kitchen sink, the drains need a good clean. This apartment would have been lovely if it was actually clean. To make it worse, there is no room servicing at all.

- Katrina-louise (7/5): Great View, good apartment. - The view was amazing. The apartment was spacious and a good location for beach activities. The kitchen has great appliances and had everything in we needed. There is a regular bus service that can drop you certain stops around the island. There’s a coffee cart operating next to the foyer. Unlike most island accommodation, these apartments do not come with a buggy. I recommend pricing a buggy into the cost of this room as it is quite a way to the other side of the island and booking it a minimum of 3 months ahead; the majority of the closest restaurants require booking months ahead and the bus service does not go everywhere. The birds were really aggressive and will come into the apartment if you leave the door open even when there. No room servicing. The air conditioner needs servicing.
- Neville (1/5): Bad - grey sheets should be white. mattress protector disgusting filthy one bath towel each for 6 Nights one hand towel for two separate basins . no washing machine had to ask for more towels no extra garbage bags. in the hanging space of wardrobe was fold up bed a dirty ladder limited for nice clothes this privately owned apartment over priced and under serviced compared to the building Whitsunday Apartments who are daily serviced which we stayed in last year apartment 1306. not worth $613.00 a Night which we paid 30th July to 5th August 2022
