Puja (1/5): Bad - The apartment is in a good location close to the public transport that helped get to work The apartment was dirty when i checked in, the mattress was broken, and there was only 1 heater for the whole apartment. This was brought to the concerned person's attention immediately. However, the cleaning happened after 2 days and the mattress was never changed. Its unfortunate that you pay for a service that is not only unsatisfactory it is not adhered to. The basic things were a problem in this apartment.
