• Jeniene (9/5): - A beautifully clean and modern apartment with a shared, well stocked breakfast area. Convenient location to the metro for quick access to Termini and other landmark places in Rome. I found the check-in system complicated and as a solo traveller found it a source of stress. The host was responsive to my issues but if it weren't for another kind couple who were staying there who helped me, it may have been a different experience.
• Albert (10/5): - És un apartament totalment equipat i decorat amb bon gust. Tot funcionava. El cafè de la màquina era bó. Està molt a prop del metro, a 1 minut. La zona té llocs per sopar i prendre alguna cosa, fora del caos de les zones turístiques de Roma. Una bona elecció. Per fer el check-in és fàcil i està atent per poder facilitar-lo Tot perfecte.
• Jone (7/5): Normal - La ubicación lo mejor, al ladito del metro, en varias paradas estabas donde querías. El anfitrión, aunque quizás un poco tarde, respondía a todas las necesidades. La cocina estaba equipada con lo básico y se agradece poder tomarse un cafecito por la mañana. Las instalaciones también están muy limpias. El sistema de entrada está muy bien planteado, pero no te lo explican mucho, así que hasta que lo entiendes bien, cuesta hacerse. Por otro lado, solo te dejan dos sobrecitos de jabón/champú, que si vas varios días no te dan ni para la primera noche. Si bien es cierto que cuando se lo dije, me trajeron más, pero ya era demasiado tarde, me tuve que comprar un jabón por mi cuenta. Para terminar, la calle es muy muy ruidosa, es imposible dormir con la ventana abierta para que entre un poco de fresco. La verdad es que me parece un poco caro para lo que es.

• ANASTASIIA (8/5): Great location and comfortable apartment, but check-in with the smart locks needs improvement. - The apartment was clean, fairly spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was simply fantastic – close to everything and very convenient for exploring the area. However, we did encounter issues during check-in because there was no prior instruction on how to use the smart locks. As a result, the process took about an hour, and we noticed that our neighbors experienced similar difficulties. It would be great if this aspect could be improved to make arrivals smoother in the future.
• Izabela Brzezińska (10/5): Wyjątkowe miejsce w cichej okolicy. - Właściciele niesamowicie mili i pomocni. Lokalizacja najlepsza! Do wszystkich zabytków bardzo blisko. W koło dużo bardzo dobrych restauracji. Na 100% wrócę! :)

• Audrey (9/5): Clean and comfortable apartment, close to metro - Super clean and comfortable room with a shared kitchen between the only two rooms in the accomodation. Aircon was great, bathroom was immaculate and the shower was really nice, good water pressure etc. Well decorated, TV and wardrobe space. Super close to the Re Di Roma metro station where the A line takes you to Termini and through to some more touristy areas. Kitchen area was spacious and had a few snacks provided if you’re on the go. Easy and secure access into the building and a lift to take you up to the 4th floor where the accomodation is located. Nothing really! Had only one bedside table lamp on one side and was very dim, so would’ve like two better lamps rather than having to turn the overhead lights on but this is personal preference really!

• Lan (7/5): The owner was helpful when he came. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen area is very nice. - Bed is comfortable. Kitchen is sufficient. Closed by bus stop, metro, market and laundry. The doors are hard to access especially if you don’t have 5G WiFi. The general area is a little run down, old and unkept. The bathroom has wood rotten odor. Bedside table is too small and unpractical including the provided trash cans. There is no safety box.

Water pressure in the shower was very very low, mission impossible for hairwash since i have a long hair. And some strange smell from bathroom bothered us a bit. Definitely something should be fixed since seems to me that room was recently renovated.

The apartment is fully equipped and we had a lot of place for our luggage. there is also a small fridge inside. The bed was very comfortable. We had some problems with the communication with the owners. But it was not such a big thing.

• Jessica (10/5): Exceptional - We really enjoyed this room as the bed was very comfortable, and the space was perfect for us to be able to use the metro right by the building to get out for a last meal in Rome before we returned home. Not only do I recommend this place for its location and comfort, the host is exceptional in their service and was extremely accommodating for us to allow us to do early check in, and set up our transportation to the airport the following morning. • Qyeong (10/5): Exceptional - It was soo close from the metro, even close to Termini. The host was fantastic! He was available whenever I needed some help swiftly, kind, and very helpful. Love their accommodation. It was very clean and spacious. We ended up arriving there early, but we were able to leave our luggage there. The restaurants they recommended were amazing. We had a nice dinner each day. I highly recommend this place. Some reviewers say it is difficult to find the place, but it is not at all. 4th floor, just right in front of the lift. We will definitely come back when we visit Rome again! Nothing!!

The location is a little far from the centre of Rome (there is a metro station very close by though). The property is on the fourth floor (there is a lift but we didn’t trust it).

• Jurre (9/5): Great location for spending a week in Rome - The airconditioning is great, and you will need it if you visit Rome in the summer. The shower is very good too and the bathroom in general is good. The bed is very comfortable. You can take the elevator to the 4th floor, but make sure you close all the doors, otherwise it might not work for yourself or others. They also clean the apartment every other day (I think), which was unexpected, but cool. The kitchen is shared with another room, which isn't a problem if you're not much at home like us. If you're staying in this apartment before December 5th 2024, be aware of the modernisation of Metro line A (this includes Re di Roma station which is near the apartment). From Sunday until Thursday it closes at 21:00 (09:00PM), so the first day we had to take a taxi back to the apartment, because we were unaware of this. On Friday and Saturday it closes at around 01:30.

• Sybilla (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and comfortable room in perfect localisation, near the metro station and many bus stops. There is also a small supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. The room itself is neat and freshly renovated. You can use the kitchen freely. There were no problems with checking in and using the security system.The owners were very responsive and polite. Highly recommended!

Good wifi, quiet area, equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare the breakfast. There could be an additional chair and space to store the things during the stay.

Just 1 minute walk to the metro, 10 minutes by the metro and you are in the center. Nice host, very helpful. The price is definitely worthful. You will share the kitchen and corridor with gusts from the second apartment. Tea, coffee, sweet snacks for free.
