There were people drinking outside and some homeless people came to ask for money, so my family's experience was very scary. We left a few minutes after arriving because we found mouse droppings on the bed and couch. And the bathroom smelled awful because there was trash outside. This place is in a dangerous neighborhood. One window view went directly to a hole full of trash on the bottom. The floor has little bumps sticking out the floor. I really don’t recommend the staying there.

• Jhonathan (1/5): Worst experience ever in a filthy place - Nothing Once again the (Silvestre) employee made us wait 45 minutes under the house at night in a bad neighborhood. The place was filthy and seemed to be inhabited by homeless people. The entrance smelled of urine. Sheets and a few towels obviously dirty and stained. I really don't understand how booking can allow the presence of these accommodations and certain characters who manage these dilapidated structures. Horrible.

• Hirut (7/5): The guys who gave use the key is very nice and helpful, it is just the noise is unbearable - The location is excellent It was very noisy so it felt very uncomfortable and difficult sleep
• Khrystyna (4/5): A bit overpriced - Nice stuff, easy to communicate, we had some problems that were solved fast, thank you, Sylvester. Not so far from the city center and close to station. There is a lot of space in apartments, and it was clean. There is salt, sugar, and tea in the kitchen. All needed dishes. A lot of toilet paper. There is no Wi-Fi, no hair dryer. On the second day, electricity disappeared, we were waiting for stuff to fix it, but in the evening it disappeared again. So because of the boiler and problems with electricity, we didn't have hot water. The radiator in the bathroom doesn't work. No locks on doors. The table in the living room was broken, but we fixed it. It was easy 😅 The view from the window is not so pleasant. Bad isolation, we heard a guy who was praying and singing the whole evening. Someone was walking outside on the roof in the night. It was a bit scary.
• Muhammad (9/5): a very good experience - everything basically. Nice apartment, good value for money, about 5mins walk from the main station. The check out time is a bit too early for me but the rest is everything fine.
• Melody (7/5): Good for the price - I loved the fact that it was so near the train station. The host was very kind, welcoming and always ready to answer any of our inquires. The apartment was indeed clean and as descriptors in the picture. The dirty view of the neighbourhood from the window.

• Camacho (5/5): Low price but area seemed a bit insecure - Closeness to the Brussels Mid station. Bed was comfortable and pictures from inside look very like the actual place. The waiting outside 30 minutes for the check in process. apartment is located in a very busy street above a 24hr bar with people drinking and smoking all day long. The towels provided were very small for a person. Intermittent light couldn’t turn off was making sounds all night.
• Anne (1/5): Never again and would not recommend to anyone. - The beds were comfortable and bedding immaculate Stayed two separate nights once Saturday and again following Tuesday. Both nights some crazy noise from a room nearby. Shouting talking loud continuously from 11am to 6am, sounded like someone with serious issues. Light turning on and off on that hall way, also keeping us disturbed. Would not have returned for the second night if we had known the noise was going to be repeated.

• Karol (2/5): It was okay because it was only one night, but wouldn’t go back - That it was clean The place is in a really insecure area of the city. There were drug addicts in the building at all times, and the front door of the flat wasn’t even locked when we arrived. One of the lights of the corridor would be on and off the whole time. All in all, very insecure if alone, or with children, even just in general, not a nice place, and it felt like someone was going to break in at all times.

• Lashauna (1/5): Terrible!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST! - Online it appeared as a fairly new property close to the train station. The proximity to that was convenient. When arriving on site, the building is in a very dirty area. There was trash everywhere outside the building and smelled of urine. Homeless people line the streets sleeping. The apartment did not have power/lights in the bedroom nor the bathroom. Had to pee in the dark! Didn’t even utilize the bedroom due to no power. It was also extremely HOT, no air con, and you can hear the movement and conversations of all the neighbors a if they are in your room. This warranted a refund as there was no power, no Wi-Fi, and none of that was advertised, but the owners are very selfish and only want your money and not your comfort. I warn you, don’t stay here. It’s low key not even a safe area to be in. Upon leaving, someone’s car was burglarized in front of the building. They need to take this off Booking.com. $120 US for one night, robbery.
