Tem tudo que precisamos lá(ferro de passar roupa,secador de cabelo,forno,micro-ondas, misteira,panelas,louças, talheres,copos,máquina de lavar roupa). O prédio é bem novo,recepção muito cheirosa e limpa. Ao lado do prédio tem pizzaria,restaurante de esfirra e vários outros comércios. Morgana, nossa anfitriã, é muito simpática, cuidadosa e profissional. O sofá é que está com bastante cheiro de ácaro e precisando de uma boa higienização. Achei que tem um pouco mais de 1.200mt da praia central. Um pouco longe,mas conseguimos ir a pé para praia.

É bem localizado, ao lado do campus da Univali, as instalações são ótimas e pra quem vai ficar por mais dias tem uma máquina de lavar excelente! Eu sugeriria apenas um ferro de passar roupas. Tem uma taboa de passar roupas na lavanderia, só faltou um ferro mesmo.
