• Majid (10/5): - Das Apartment war sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Auf dem Balkon konnte man sich auch gut entspannen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gab es auch einen kleinen Markt und paar Gehminuten weiter einen größeren Supermarkt und einen tollen Bäcker. In knapp 10 Gehminuten ist man dann auch mitten in der Stadt/am Strand. Wir können das Apartment definitiv weiterempfehlen. Noch ergänzend: einen Tag vorher erhält man die Anweisungen, wie man die Schlüssel aus der Schlüsselbox holt. Die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert. Angela hat uns sogar für die Abreise ein Taxi organisiert. Es ist ein wenig hellhörig

• Tamara (10/5): One of the best rentals I’ve seen - Apartment is amazing, very spacious and clean. Location is perfectly, city center is just a 5 min walk away, supermarket is even closer. All in all, perfect place to stay in Larnaca. I would definitely recommend.

The apartment is very large, bright, very well-organized. The interior design is truly high-class. It was a real pleasure to enjoy our morning coffee on one of the two wonderful terraces. The sea and the St Lazarus Church are very close. I highly recommend this place! Everything was perfect, and I can't wait to come back!"

Nous n'avons pas pu obtenir un second trousseau de clés donc ça nous a beaucoup gêné pendant nôtre séjour

• David (8/5): A very nice, spacious, well equipped and clean apartment, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. - The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable, with everything you needed for a self-catering stay, a lovely balcony with outside furniture. Net-Flix was very handy for the evenings that we returned to the apartment early and no problems with the internet. Our customer representative Zoe was very attentive, kind and informative...thank you. Would definitely book the apartment again as it was so nice and in a convenient location, only a 10 minute walk to bars and restaurants and a mini-market just across the road, which met all of our needs. The apartment was above a quite busy road, but it didn't affect us very much as we were out most of the day.

• hanneke op de Woert (9/5): Sfeervol groot appartement met heerlijke balkons. Schoon! - Prima lokatie en sfeervol appartement. Zeker met de feestdagen had dit appartement de kerstspirit! Goed uitgeruste badkamer en keuken. Badjassen en badslippers waren welkom en zijn veel gebruikt. 2 grote balkons met zitjes waren prima! Het geluid van de weg (verkeer) als je voor op grote balkon zit. Bij kleine balkon achter geen last van geluid.

• Victoria (10/5): Totul a fost super! - Personalul foarte drăguț,curat,și cu o locație superbă. Apartament foarte spațios și cu toate utilitățile. Este aproape de plajă Phidikudes,biserica Sf.Lazar cit ai altele. Aproape de casă există un mini-market care funcționează pînă noaptea tirziu.

• Tsewang (8/5): - It's a cozy and clean apartment, centrally located within walking distance from the beach front and its restaurants. Communication with Zoe was very good, check in and check out very easy. Opposite of it is a supermarket open until late at night, probably 24 hours.

• Mădălina (10/5): Great value for money - The apartment is spacious, 2 bedrooms, a big filly equipped kitchen, 2 balconies, laundry machine, air conditioning in all bedrooms. Close to the city center and the beach. It was clean and had everything we needed.

• Domna (10/5): Viskas puiku - Apartamentai pranoko mūsų lūkesčius. Erdvi svetainė ir 2 miegamieji. Patogios lovos, švari patalynė, daug vietos daiktams sudėti, spintose radome chalatus ir šlepetes dviem asmenims. Virtuvė pilnai įrengta. Kiekviename kambaryje, išskyrus virtuvę, yra kondicionieriai. Išėjimas į balkonus iš svetainės, miegamojo ir virtuvės, balkone yra drabužių džiovyklė. Maloniai nustebino, kad tokiame neaukštame name yra liftas. Apartamentai yra ramioje vietoje. Rajonas užstatytas, bet mūsų viešnagės metu vakarais šviesa degė tik keliuose languose. Netoliese (500–700 metrų) yra autobusų stotelė Old hospital, iš jos galima nuvažiuoti į visas Larnakos ir Kipro puses, taip pat 2 prekybos centrai. Jūra toloka, kelias iki jos užtrukdavo 20–25 minutes pėsčiomis. Ačiū savininkui, viskas buvo puiku. Garsiai veikia skalbyklė, bet, mums tai nesukėlė nepatogumų.

• Skirgaile (8/5): Overall, was okay - The property has quite good amount of space. It has elevator which very convenient especially when travelling with kids and all the time you would need to bring stroller up, you don’t need this. It is quite far from the beach. Some extra cleaning should be done especially for terrace air conditioners, they are extremely dirty and our little ones end up always with clothes being dirty from simply touching it when going to sit at the outside area. In general, balconies needs some cleaning as at the floor was not swept there either and when had laundry drying there if dropped on the floor it was quite dirty. Living room furniture looks quite tired.

• Mirane (7/5): Cute apartment but... - The apartment has a very good location. It is also very spacious, and the owner included lots of little things that were very thoughtful, like house shoes, snacks, etc. There is an ac in every room, which is great, and lots of outdoor space as well. Only 1 set of keys was provided. The apartment needs a bit of revamp and modernisation. For instance, more socket outlets, shower system needs to be changed, some cupboard doors are broken and should be fixed. Was not a fan either of the timer for the water heater, coming from a long day out and having to wait for some warm water does not make sense. Finally the apartment needs a proper cleaning e.g. shower extractor was very dirty. Improving these small things would definitely make this place an 8+ stay.
• Patrickrachwan1 (10/5): I felt at home! - The appartment was well equiped with everything you might need, the staff was very professional organized and friendly, the motivating motos were filling the place, the decor was simple spacious and well harmonized. You can get everything around you at a foot step from the appartment: Pharmacy, small shop and bigger shop further. Simply I felt at home! The appartment was not for sale 😉

It is impossible to describe how much fun the apartment was, big, spacious and most importantly clean! The host was pleasant, answered every question and every problem we had. They always helped us find parking or get information about important things. The area where the apartment is located is perfect full of shops and there is also a grocery store next to the apartment that has everything! A perfect experience! I will definitely return to this apartment in the future when I come to visit beautiful Cyprus again There was nothing missing.
• Georgia (10/5): Amazing experience staying here! - I likes the location a lot. Near Agios Lazaros and Foinikoudes. Building was clean and quiet. I also very much enjoyed how clean the bathroom was. Only stayed a few nights. Everything was great.
