• Guillian (6/5): Pleasant - Flexibility for check in. Price. Nice bedroom. No cleaning during my stay. Never seen the staff. Noisy neighborhood until after midnight.
• Peter (8/5): Convenient, very clean, impersonal - Very central location. Close to main train station and city centre. Landlady did not meet me in person when I arrived. All communication went via WhatsApp. I would have preferred an initial personal contact.

• Eshanka (8/5): Big apartment suitable for teenage family. - Good location, about 15mins walk from the central station which is also where the closest metro stop was. 3 large bedrooms and kitchen facilities. Alot of eating places in the neighbourhood. The owner was very nice communicated well. It was a little noisy at night as there were alot of people in the street. The shower was very small and a little dirty.

• Raul (9/5): Nice and cozy stay in Naples - I would like to particularly thank Syria for the warm reception during our stay in Naples. From minute zero, she was super thoughtful and contacted us to ensure that our everything regarding our arrival took place smoothly. And as if our stay had not been amazing, her family has a pizzeria downstairs the flat that prepares a divine pizza as well. Flat and pizzeria, both recommended. Nothing in particular was bad about the stay. Every minor problem was swiftly solved.
• Cheuk (10/5): It is a relaxing place for you to live when you visit to Napoli - The host is very friendly and welcoming, she gave me a great impression of an Italian. The room is cozy with nice looking furniture. The location of the house is close to the central station that is easy to walk to. No, I didn’t find any dissatisfaction.
• Charles (4/5): Disappointing - Big room. Comfortable bed. Horrible internet connection. Cheap towels that don't dry at all. Bathroom smell. Very small shower you can barely move inside it. Dysfunctional toilet flush.

• David (10/5): Exceptional - Airys B&B is looked after by Syria, a very friendly and helpful lady. We arrived just before 10pm and she came within 5 minutes to give us the keys. She is very quick and responsive to messages too. The room was very clean and was a perfect stop for visiting Naples.
• Rahul (9/5): Decent experience and superb Host - Well responsive and helpful host. She explained everything at the beginning of the stay incl how to get around Naples. Other than that everything was on point. The host also operates a pizzeria downstairs which is a real good one. Location felt a little unsafe but I think almost the whole of Naples is the same.

• Chan (10/5): Exceptional - The host is super friendly and accommodating. She tried to get the room ready for us earlier than check in. She also gave us a brief rundown about the places to visit. The room was very open and bright, and it has pretty much everything u need. The location is not exactly the best, buying public transport tickets means going to the nearest metro or the Napoli station which is about 15 mins walk.

• Halla1987 (4/5): I think we don't come back - hmmmmm very basic apartment, bathroom stinks, very thin walls to the other apartments noisy not so good area, anyway we did not feel very comfortable in the area Update: Interesting answer of the owner. Unless I like my home, I also like to travel and will not stay at home all the time. Just as a notification, my review war 6/7 weeks after my stay and we left the room 1 day earlier, because of the condition. Therefore there was no late check out. We asked for a check in 30min before official time and was allowed to check-in in time, nothing different. The Diapers and all the other trash was all in the trash bin, which makes sense in my opinion.

• Eglė (10/5): Airys B&B is exceptional. - Apartment was nice, clean and in a good location for us, but the most important of everything I think was the host Syria. She was very attentive- always reachable, even before the arrival tried to answere all our questions, offered to bring breakfast to the room when I came, she also offered extra single bed for our baby and saved our bag for several days after check-out that was very important kindness for us. The first day when I came alone with the baby, I really felt welcomed, I had a transfer service to the apartment and Syria offered to bring a pizza to the room, which was very good and delicious and with that I had a very good feeling of my holidays in Naples beginning. I think I will come back to the same place the next time in Naples and really recommend this apartment for everyone. Only the one minus was thin walls so there was no noise isolation.

Syria is an amazingly polite person, she told us everything detaily in patience and gave us advices about Napoli. Grazie mille di nuovo Syria.

• Gediminas (6/5): Pleasant - The hostess was really friendly, she met us late in the evening. The apartment is neat, close to bus stops and the city center. First of all, I didn't like the smell in the bathroom. The shower is also so small that there is not much room to turn around and I am small. The walls are paper-thin, all the noise of the neighbors is very audible. The wall where the bed stands is next to the neighbor's bathroom, at night the water seems to run into your bed and with such a sound that it is impossible to sleep. I ordered the room, where the pictures it clearly had two beds and I chose a room with 1 large bed and 1 small bed. Upon arrival, there was only 1 bed. Since I was traveling with an adult son, I asked for a separate blanket, we just got a knitted blanket without any bedding.

• Fulvio (6/5): mixed feeling - close to station Syria is an amazing host, responsive and making everything possible to make your stay enjoyable. I have mixed feeling writing this. Cause Syria, the host was truly amazing. but unfortunately our stay was ruined by the poor sound insulation of the rooms. the neighbours from upstairs were talking so loud at night until like 2-3am, making it impossible to sleep. It was like having them in the same room. I mean that was so messed up. Syria should do something about it, cause it is a threat to her business
• Gabriella (8/5): Very good - Syria, our host was exceptionally helpful and nice. Always available to answer any questions. The place was clean. The pizza place downstairs is the best. You can hear the other guests using the bathroom, or listening to music.
• Charlotte (8/5): Cheap and cheerful - Despite it being a B and B we didn't get breakfast!!! An old building in Napoli- we felt very safe - VERY clean- excellent communication with Airys the host- could whats app her for help at all times. Nice big windows which opened- nice to have some air! Clean and modern bathroom- offered to look after bags at the ned of our stay-late check in and she even booked us a delicious Pizzeria under the apartment on arrival. It is a big walk into the city but good connections with public transport. Lots convenience stores in road of apartment. Big Co Op supermarket 5 min walk. Beds- small double- VERY small and VERY hard! Bed linen and towels are very cheap and nasty- replace the sheets and pillow cases with cotton and offer better quality cotton towels would make a big difference. VERY thin walls and ceilings- it is a rental in amongst locals who shouted and argued late into the night and sounded like they moved furniture! Could not fault the customer service at all- she was amazing. Very kind- considerate. City tax needs to be paid in cash- not in another other hotel in the area just here- this would have been nice to know before we go there as we had to change our plans and arrange to stay in to meet her to give her cash.

The structure is very nice, clean and welcoming, in a central but quiet area, excellent for those who want to spend a few days in Naples. Super value for money! Until next time!
• Marcin (10/5): Relaxing and delicious - From my side I can only confirm all I've read here in comments - Syria is there to help, before the arrival we had some questions, response was always immediate. Rooms are big, everything was working well. Photos attached here are accurate. Area was quite during night, only the trash collecting at like 2am, but I guess that's how it is in this city. Pizza downstairs - Totó E Peppino - was the best one we had in the city. No need to look further, seriously. It's few minutes walk south to get to the Metro, or anyway a good starting point the see the city - we mostly walked - traveling with big family 6 adults and 5 small children we easily fit into one big apartment + extra small one. Kitchen was nice, table big enough, but we were missing some kitchen equipment - specially traveling with kids. Not a lot - but maybe a bigger cutting knife, coffee/tea mugs (there were glasses) something to boil water in (there is a moka pot). But no big deal, we mostly ate outside, therefore didn't feel huge need those accessories.
• Anton (10/5): Exceptional - Great place to stay before late fly. All wishes for a late checkout and transfer were fulfilled. Good communication, clean room. There was a request to leave the luggage before the time indicated in the check-in, also completed
• Patryk (10/5): Excellent :) - Siria is very helpful and friendly, she helped us with a lot of stuff. In general, it is a place that I can highly recommend to everyone. She helped us arrange transportation for the stadium, also we were able to leave our bags after checkout which was super helpful for our late flight. Contact with Siria was exceptional, she responds very quickly and is always eager to help. Just one minor thing - there could be a bit more utensils in the kitchen, we missed the electrical kettle, some more cups (there were glasses though), and a bit more toilet paper. But this is just a very minor thing

• Przemysław (10/5): Best choice for your trip - It was one of the best accomodation in our travel life :D Very, very friendly young staff! ( they let us to leave our backpack, because we had evening flight), big rooms with bathrooms are brand new with very useful mini fridge and electric kettle inside :) Location of this place is fantastic - by the bus no. 182 you can get there in 20 min - you need public transport ticket for 1,2e. On the ground floor, near building is very good and cheap pizzeria (we ate 3 pizzas in 2 days). Coop is 5 min from the building. If you want to have great stay in Naples choose this place and have fun :) Everything was great.
