• Kat (7/5): - The view We got there it was raining heavy and had to walk to get the keys. The spa bath did not work, there was renovations which we were not told about and had workers opening our door to our room (only slightly) but that is not the point we were on our honey moon what if we were doing something they never knocked so no warning
• Nicola (7/5): Loved the location, excellent communication. Just needs a bit of upgrading - The communication was excellent, easy to follow instructions on picking up keys. My emails were answered quickly. Loved the location, great Ocean views, just an elevator trip to woothworths, bws and more shops. Great surf club directory across the road. In the main mall area with numerous restaurants and bars. Easy 10 minute walk to pac fair. Large comfortable bed. Kitchen had all the basics The apartment was very dated. Doors were scuffed and in need of replacement or a paint job. The bathroom was extremely dated, grout in tiles in bathroom dirty, toilet brush holder rusty and I wouldn't want to touch it. The shower bay felt dirty and if you had a mobility issue it would not be usable. A tiled step in bath that was also the shower, no handrail. The fridge recess cabinet looked water damaged and mouldy, it had not been cleaned before replacing what looked like a new fridge

• Carolyn (7/5): - The view was amazing beach front! and location was perfect shops, bars and restaurants all right under your nose! and parking included. Aircon great. Sunlounger outside. Comfortable bed facilities pool area gym are good. Cleanliness fair could be cleaner. Has only one small two seater coach with a couple of single chairs. The blinds are old don’t work properly.TVs older digital. No wifi. Overall has a lot of space and could be upgraded.

• Samantha (7/5): From the moment we walked into the room and saw the view I knew it was going to be a great stay - The apartment was nice, the view was exceptional, the location was exceptional There was no broom to sweep the floors
• Slavko (9/5): Fantastic Location - Great Location and plenty of restaurants to choose from around the area. Close to the water for a morning swim. Nothing
• Graeme (7/5): The picking up of the keys and the rudiness of the Couper's person soured the weeks holiday for me. - Location and views. Couper Real Estate who handled the keys were extremely rude and raciest when I spoke to them when having trouble picking up the keys. The man on the phone said, "have you got an interpreter". Funny, I am an English speaking well educated white New Zealander. Couper Real Estate did not send out the code for the key book until we were on a flight to Australia. I had not seen the code when I arrived at Couper Real Estate which was closed at that time of the evening, so hand to phone them. I would suggest sending the code at least two days before arrival, minimise unnecessary messages and rules for the unit as I received approximately 12 messages in the days leading up to our arrival and not the important code until during the flight to Australia which I had not seen before arriving at Coupers.

• Coube90 (10/5): Exceptional - The view was outstanding, we felt like the photos do not do it justice. Apartment was clean, well presented, comfortable and had everything we needed. Facilities were fantastic. Location also extremely good!

• Reginald (6/5): unit view ok - the view was good axcess not good, so much information given not on time if we had not picked up keys in office we got lock box number 3hours after arrival. luckily office lady photocopied how to enter or we would not have gained entry.
• Madeline (7/5): Overall amazing venue with a few minor things to improve on. great customer service - Right on the beach, the view was amazing. right above the shops and easy access to restaurants and pacific fair The bathroom sink was dirty and I had to pull all the hair out of it to let it drain properly. the Bed was missing a bed skirt which was folded up in. the cupboard.
• Pauline (5/5): Enjoyed the views from balcony - View Only 2 towels supplied for 7 nights. Having to make sure they were washed and dried daily not relaxing for holidays. Split beds joined together not very comfortable. Random persons clothes in bedroom cupboard.
