- Ilse (3/5): - Het verblijf ziet er leuk uit en de ligging is goed, wat het extra jammer maakt dat de ervaring zo tegenviel. Ons verblijf in Antwerpen was helaas erg teleurstellend. Bij aankomst lagen er maar handdoeken klaar voor één persoon, terwijl we met z’n tweeën verbleven. Daarnaast was er tijdens ons verblijf geen warm water, waardoor douchen erg onaangenaam was. Ook werd er tussendoor niet schoongemaakt, terwijl wel aangegeven stond dat er dagelijks schoonmaak aanwezig zou zijn. Daarnaast verliep het contact erg moeizaam. Via berichten kregen we nauwelijks reactie en pas nadat we uiteindelijk hebben gebeld, werd er iets ondernomen. Er werd wel geprobeerd mee te denken en er werd een mooie compensatie aangeboden, maar uiteindelijk is daar niets van terechtgekomen en is het probleem ook niet opgelost. Jammer, want dit heeft ons verblijf behoorlijk negatief beïnvloed. Door alles bij elkaar zou ik hier niet opnieuw boeken.

- JacobCSG (5/5): - Very nice location. Check in procesure was simple. There were a lot of spiders and spider webs inside the apartment that could have easily been cleaned out prior to our arrival.

- Béatrice (6/5): - Der Schlaf Raum befindet sich im Untergeschoss und war feucht. Leider war das Bettgestellt defekt. Dies haben wir direkt mitgeteilt, der Handwerker welcher es begutachtet hat, kam spät abends noch vorbei. Er konnte nichts ausrichten. Ab dann haben wir vom Vermieter nichts mehr gehört. Wir mussten auf einem Bett Sofa schlafen, was den Preis nicht gerechtfertigt.

- Tijn (5/5): Hele fijne ligging en op zich een prima appartement, maar in andermans troep binnenstappen is niet echt prettig. - De ligging en in de basis ook gewoon een prima appartement met een lekker dakterras(je). Alleen de bedden waren opgemaakt. Verder lag er nog een fles shampoo in de douche, waren de vloeren niet schoongemaakt, waren de prullenbakken en de vaatwasser niet geleegd en lagen er hele vieze doekjes op het aanrecht. Tijdens het verblijf reageerde de verhuurder niet op mails.

- Kirsty (9/5): Super location, great spot for a home away from home. - Great location- mostly quiet except for Friday nights, everyone was done by 11:30 - pretty good. Comfy, good lighting, generally very well equipped. Bright, modern, induction hob, kettle, good wifi. Would stay again. Some basic consumables like toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets would have been helpful.

- Frank (10/5): Een korte maar uitstekende verblijk in Antwerpen bij een heel prettige en comfortable Flaxx apartments. - Uitstekende locatie, een paar minuten lopen naar het centrum Wat minder was de smalle trap naar boven maar aangezien het een zeer oude gebouw was, maar uitstekend onderhouden en modern verbouwd was het niet zo’n groot probleem.
- Bijpost (8/5): We hebben genoten. Antwerpen is een erg leuke stad om te shoppen en rond te wandelen. - het appartement was top, de locatie heel goed en je kunt makkelijk in de buurt parkeren. Het interieur mooi. Een fijne ruimte en dicht bij alle toplocaties in Antwerpen. Ondanks dat het digitaal was en we telefonisch geen contact conden krijgen werd er snel gereageerd op vragen die we hadden. bij aankomst wisten we nog niet hoe we naar binnen moesten gaan. dan ging een beetje rommelig maar gelukkig konden we even beneden bij het koffiehuisje zitten om alles uit te zoeken. Digitaal met een sleutel app. Achteraf heel erg handig. Het leek niet erg schoon, maar al het mobilair is licht, dus daar zie je ook veel op, waardoor het een beetje smoezelig lijkt.

- Elsebeth (9/5): - Super beliggenhed - stille og alligevel centralt beliggende; venlig og hjælpsom vært der svarede superhurtigt på et enkelt spørgsmål vi havde. Nøgleappen fungerede fint. Bortset fra at lyset over håndvasken ikke fungerede, var alt som det skulle være.

Good wifi. Kitchen has everything needed. A bigger sofa would have been nice. And the table for 2 people could also be a bit bigger. The living room has the space so wondered why this was not the case. The shower tended to overflow a bit, even with a short shower. The outside area was not that useable as it was quite small and a bit smelly (from drains I think). Appreciate there is not much the hosts can do about this; but the photo give a different impression, so expectation management could be better.

- Jenny (10/5): Great apartment in the heart of the city - Great location, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. Very clean. Very responsive host. We sat out of the balcony on most days, and found the whole place very comfortable for 3 adults. The main bedroom is very spacious, however it might benefit from a privacy screen so you don’t walk directly into the bedroom when you enter the apartment.

- Sasala (8/5): Great little apartment. Will definitely stay again - Lovely apartment right in the centre of the Old Town, convenient for the historic centre of Antwerp. Clean and comfortable place. Despite being situated in an active hub (noisy bars etc in the weekend) the bedroom is quiet and peaceful. The host was very responsive and helpful. Steep stairs with no lift (wasn’t a problem for me but need to be warned for anyone with mobility issues) Overlooked from apartment across the road (only into the living room/kitchen though, and there are good curtains which provide good privacy).

It was very comfortable, bright, and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect—right in the center of Antwerp, just 3 minutes from the Town Hall, 5 minutes from a metro station, and only 16 minutes from the university. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and always quick to respond to messages. Highly recommended!
