• Jaanikapõldver (5/5): Passable - Location was ok,everything was near The first thing that welcomes you is the dirty carpet in the living room.Mostly everything was covered in dust.The kitchen cabnet was broken and in the dishwasher were old dirty dishes.Everything in this apartment needs a fixing up.Outside area needs work too.There is no shelves in the shower to put your products.Windows do not open so its hot and the stairs to the bottom floor is not for tall people.

No provision for tea, coffee, sugar, tissues, kitchen napkins, toilet rolls( only 2 rolls were provided for 4 ppl for 8 days), similarly no dish washing tablets etc. the carpet was dirty and full of stains. It was not worth the money we spent

• Ahmed (5/5): Tidy, however very cramped living with uncomfy beds and a not fully sealed main door. - clean, tidy. decent lounge and well equipped kitchen. heated bathroom floors rooms were cramped, beds had broken springs, main entrance door did not seal shut tight, hence cold wind entered house easily. rug was very dirty. Booking.com said there was an additional toilet however this was not the case.

• Laura (10/5): Exceptional - This was a gem of a find. Clean, comfortable, quiet and cosy with loads of space including a shower and bath. Had we known it was so good we would have stayed an extra night. The owner is genuine, approachable and wants guests to be happy. The location is great, so near to the Tube and Brick Lane.

• Helen (8/5): Nice little apartment in Whitechapel - The apartment is located 5 minutes from the tube, so very accessible. It was very clean and has everything you would need for a short stay in London The blind in the front bedroom needs to be changed as all the street light comes through.
