• Mary (9/5): Amazing - The home stay is superb! Near the city center and it is very recommendable for group travel. The rooms are spacious and the roof top is a nice play to stay with friends after a whole day of tour. The rooms are located on the top floor. It’s exhausting given that we have several luggages to bring upstairs.
• Yến (9/5): Fully equipped as shown in the photos, cheap compared to the common price and quality, with enthusiastic staff support. - I rented a three-bedroom apartment, so it has a kitchen and a very chill rooftop. The place is quite clean and fully equipped (it even has speakers and a projector). The price I got was much cheaper compared to other homestays I've rented for large groups (~10 people). The place looks like the photos (except for some outdoor items on the balcony and rooftop that are worn out due to weather). - The lights in the rooms were not bright enough for us; they are arranged like in cozy cafes, which was a bit inconvenient, especially in the dining area. - Since the first floor is a laundry service, the place has a soapy smell. - Normally, I just need to gather the trash in a bag and leave it for the cleaning staff to dispose of when they clean the room. But here, when checking out, the cleaning lady asked us to take the trash out to the street bins ourselves.
