• Vernon (2/5): Disappointing property far from luxury only good is the location - The location was the best thing about the property. The property was not well kept. Damp in the bathroom roof and the toilet paper holder was broken. The doors had issues and loads of scuff Mark's. The beds were not comfortable and the property smelt so bad when we got there. Felt dirty and not clean either. Glasses and plates packed away dirty. No wifi to top it off. Only 2 beds so incorrect marketing.
• Susan (2/5): I do not recommend this property regardless of the good location. - The location is very good. There was black mould in the bathroom and the apartment was not clean. There were cigarette butts between the wall and the bed in the small bedroom. The audacity to charge extra money for a 3 pm check in was outrageous. Even with Booking.com assurances that early check in was covered.
• Zheng (4/5): Disappointing - Location is very good. Room is not such clear as expected. Ask for extra payment for the stay after confirmed booking, the owner said me because booking.com put too low price. Is that my fault? Additionally, I asked many times but the owner didn't provide me invoice after stay. The price I paid are included parking and earlier check-in and late check-out, but all these services not provided. You will need to pay extra charge for all these services. You can only check-in after 19:00PM. Not recommend if you need parking.
• Matej (3/5): The property was falsely advertised—it’s actually 30 minutes away from Big Ben!! - This is not the property shown in the listing. It’s far from Big Ben. We were moved without our approval to a place 30 minutes away! Because of this, we lost an hour each day traveling back and forth!
• Helmi (10/5): Best experience with a host so far in London - Impressive array of local attractions to walk to at much better value than local hotels, with far more space and charm. Easily fits a large family, well stocked with kitchen goods coffee tea sugar etc We will come again in the summer as the host has been incredibly kind to let us checkin earlier than usual and checkout later than the norm to allow us to store our luggage due to a cancelled flight.
• Hitham (1/5): STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER - I could write some positive things if only my experience was with a better and "honest" host From the very begging the host contacted me (a night before the reservation starts!) saying they cannot let me stay in the place in my last night(I booked from 1st to 6th of the month) that I booked because it is already booked by someone else!!!!!!!! I said I have booked the place through Booking.com how come? he said: Booking.com did not refresh the available booking dates I said: well the reservation is non-refundable, and its already booked under my name, you need to refund me then... He stayed for so long with no answer.. I have sent dozens of messages since I have no time and my flight is approaching, he replied later saying they will send me to another place which is near to this one and that would be with no charges (As if he is helping me here but it the total opposite, they literally ruined my trip) I absolutely had no other choice but to accept (Booking.com really disappointed me with no help during that time) The other place is: very far not even close so they lied only one room on a second floor with a very very steep stairs (we have big luggage) - attachment in a middle of a very busy place (so forget to sleep) and guess what we need to leave the place as early as 10AM!!!!!!!! these here are the total opposite to what I have originally booked so HOW comes I pay the same amount!!! an entire apartment = one dilapidated room! When I had some requests or needs, the communication was absolutely irritating since they do not answer on time, they take forever to answer. But when he wants to make sure I leave on time "he would keep sending ten messages a second" My blame goes to Booking.com for not answering my complaints during the whole time and not banning this scammer from doing this to guests. The funny thing he all of a sudden became an angle asking me to rate him with a 10 stars for his services Oh, the impudence and audacity I wish I have taken more pics but I just wanted to leave that sickening place

• Chiara (10/5): Terrific location and service - Lucky to have booked this due to a recommendation from a friend who also stayed, this is definitely one of the serviced Accomodation we stayed in around London. The host is very reliable when we needed items delivered and they didn’t miss a spot with cleaning! it’s a great sized home with a great big TV with all the smart channels. The terrific location obviously doesn’t need mentioning as everyone else already did that ;)!
• David (9/5): A cosy and stylish apartment in an amazing location - This is a gem of an apartment in the heart of London. It's on a private and quiet street and is very cosy and well kitted out. There's a large living space and access is very secure.

• Kirsten (10/5): Exactly as seen on photos, reliable and clean - good value, top location, photos accurate as seen, I’ve stayed in 3 other apartments in the area and this is the best so far. Cleaned well and comes stocked with towels shampoos teas and coffee. Reliable host - fast response times.
• Chris (10/5): Great spot, clean and responsive host - The flat was well appointed, clean and easy to find things we needed. The location of the apartment was fantastic - walking distance to a grocery stores, restaurants, and Westminster Abbey, and other transportation (train stations, taxis).
• Roland (10/5): Legendary location 🤩 - Truly one of the best locations you can stay in London. You literally see the London eye at the end of the main road. When the sky is clear it’s a legendary photo opportunity! The home itself is well curated and has all the essentials for a group to stay comfortably. Host is reliable whenever needed so 10/10 from us

The flat has very good standards, with good equipment. The service was really good, with easy check-in and check-out procedures.
• Paula (10/5): Really nice place to visit near Big Ben / Westminster abbey - Neutral decor, does what it says on the tin, and situated in an enclave near famous sites around Big Ben and the Westminster abbey. Really nice place to visit if you have the time but unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to explore due to time restrictions but hope to return soon.

The flat is very clean and organised and exactly as shown on the photos. There is a small park nearby and great transport. I loved it

Also the location is unbeatable—just a short stroll to iconic sights like the Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. Honestly couldn’t think of anything !

The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with two comfortable bedrooms and a cozy living area. It had all the basic amenities needed for a short stay, including a fully equipped kitchen. Communication with the host was straightforward, and the check-in process was smooth. If you’re looking for a centrally located place to stay in London, this apartment is a solid choice. decor was a bit minimalistic; adding a few more personal touches could make it feel even cozier
• Lesedi (1/5): DANGER: DO NOT STAY HERE - DO NOT BOOK this place! Nothing about this property held up to our expectations. The second bedroom was tiny. The unit had other people’s belongings in it when we arrived. It had their sunglasses, creams, mail and the toilet had toilet paper in it as if it had just been used. The sheets and pillows were thin and cheap, so were the mattresses. It was not worth what we paid. It was in a dark and dingy area. We could only check in from 7pm and had to collect the keys from a small local convenience store close to the property. The whole experience was dodgy. We left within the hour after notifying the property managers who promised us a refund. We still have not received our money back two weeks later. Everything. I reiterate DO NOT WASTE your money on this place. The property owners / management have made many false promises regarding the unit and are notoriously difficult to get a hold of for matters requiring resolution but are quick to send you messages before your stay offering you to check in earlier at ridiculous hourly rates. 7pm - 11pm is an unreasonable checking in time. We have lost over £3000 on this booking and do not want anyone else to fall into this trap. This unit needs to be investigated and so do the owners. It’s horrendous and not worth the money time or effort.

• Cheryl (7/5): Our host responded promptly to issues we had with the internet and fixed the problem. - The location was fantastic. A very short walk to Westminster Bridge etc. close to some great restaurants. The check in time was 7 pm which is a very late check in time as well as being awkward. We couldn’t leave our bags at the accommodation. We were given a location to store our luggage at a cost which was some distance from the accommodation and upon arrival at the luggage drop off point we were told they closed at 6 pm but we couldn’t pick up the keys until 7 pm. That place suggested another storage place a 10 minute walk up the road. We had to go back to pick up our luggage later, then go to the key pick up at another location and then go to the accommodation. All the while lugging cases around. Not ideal. If I had of looked more carefully about the check in time I probably wouldn’t have booked. The apartment was clean and tidy. The main bed was extremely uncomfortable. You could feel the mattress springs as you slept.

Walking distance to the palace, big Ben, London eye and much more...restaurants...grocery stores. 2 Bedrooms and a living room very spacious. Good and safe location. Excellent internet connection and amenities. I wish we could stay longer...
