Guest Reviews
- Jen (1/5): Would not recommend - The owner informed me prior to the stay that this house is for sale and we could stay in their other house. I thought this was helpful as the suburban area we wanted to stay in doesn’t have many places available. Loved the Wooden floorboards, high ceilings and the bedding. Mattresses were ok, but had sleep spots that were lumpy. Mushrooms growing in the bathroom, glassware dirty, hair in the shower recess, residue on the mirror to the point where it felt like things just weren’t clean. Hole in the toilet wall.
- Theo (8/5): - Problem with locking the front door and opening
- Philip (9/5): -
- Meggan (7/5): -
- Tina (7/5): Overall was good but just a couple of minor things that could be looked at. - It was central to our activities
- Marten (7/5): Cosy & comfy! - Loved the layout, and the second bathroom. Gas heater in the living area was wonderful for our July visit! Both bathrooms were fresh & tidy. The sofa was very comfy, and plenty of seats. Gas stove & oven in Kitchen worked well, as did the dishwasher. Fridge is a good size & worked well.
The bathroom, laundry & kitchen included a generous supply of personal care & cleaning products (ie, body wash, shampoo, dishwashing & dishwasher soaps, laundry wash)
Roller shutters on windows were good for privacy & security.
The on site parking, behind a gate, gave peace of mind. Host was very helpful. Just a few little things: Kitchen could have a few more 'basics', like a veggie peeler or two, an egg flip, an oven tray, a sponge, and a decent sized fry pan for family meal cooking. (Also, the property smelled a bit dank, like its time for a deep clean - understandable for a pet-friendly property!) But the benefits definitely outweighed these little niggles, and we'd happily stay there next time.
- Jessica (7/5): Good -
- Cindy (5/5): Functional but close your eyes to the surroundings, especially outside. - Functional and bathrooms clean + car park. House unkept, cob webs, dirty windows, more or less falling apart. However a few amenities were new and clean.
- Michael (8/5): Very good - Secure location with front fence so kids can run around the front. Close to CBD making it easy to go site seeing
- Nahuel (10/5): Exceptional - I had a wonderful stay at this house! The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The amenities provided made the stay comfortable, and the location was perfect for our needs. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process seamless. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Looking forward to coming back!
- Christine (8/5): Very good - Host was very friendly and helpful upon arrival. Good location for where we needed to be. Very comfortable beds
