• Lauren (9/5): Lovely property, great for groups! - Great place to get ready before my wedding. Great promixity to the common and high street. Very quiet and peaceful location. Serena the host was super helpful and responsive! There were multiple fans in the house to cope with the hot weather which was appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped and there was enough space for everyone to have separate sleeping areas. Also very handy to have off street parking too for my makeup artist and bridesmaid too. Would have been great to have black out blinds in the master bedroom as it was quite light. Showers weren’t great and you had to basically hold the nozzle to rinse yourself. Lovely properly but a bit tired and could do with a bit of a renovation throughout!

• Fay (9/5): Excellent, comfortable stay, we would recommend to friends and family and use again ourselves. - Location a few minutes walk from shops and restaurants, easy access to Battersea and Chelsea, very quiet, secure and private Mews house. Having 3 bedrooms was good and kitchen well set up with equipment. Very comfortable house to stay in. Host was very prompt at answer questions and resolving issues. Initally a bit difficult to find in the Dark, maybe indicate it is set back from road behind 2 large victorian villas.

Windmill pub across the road with excellent food and Megan's Lebanese restaurant close to the tube. Also if you like real ale Clapham Tap is well worth a visit Wheel fell of the wife's suitcase 100 m from Mews lol
• Chrisi (10/5): Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir kommen wieder! - Die Unterkunft ist in einer schönen Umgebung! Es war alles sauber, ins Haus zu kommen war schnell und unkompliziert. Ungefähr 7-10 minütiger Spaziergang zur Tube Station. Betten & Bettwäsche waren sauber und sehr gemütlich. In der Küche ist alles was man benötigt. Im Vorhaus wäre es schön etwas zum Aufhängen der Jacken zu haben.

But if there are more than 3 use Uber many times cheaper and saves your walking, pick up close to apartment. Location is close to restaurants, grocery store. Would stay again management very helpful Couldn't find fans. For Americans need to know how to use kitchen appliances

• Jazmin (10/5): Perfect home and location! - Large home on 3 levels, everything you could need in a gated complex in a nice suburb south of London. Washing tablets and dishwashing tablets provided as well as body wash. There are grocery stores and restaurants a very short walk away as well as trains and buses. Bath in ensuite doesn’t have a screen to shower. There are tiles which are cracked, need repairing.

From property to marathon start took 30min with taxi. Rooms very nice and beds comfortable. Definitely would like to return to this property. Could do better cleaning/ dusting.

Beds were very comfortable and the main bathroom was great. Internet and tv was sluggish. There were times when the tv was unwatchable. Downstairs and top floor toilets didn’t flush very well. Top floor shower was tricky to get the temperature right.

A coffee plunger would have also been ideal, especially since I drink decaf coffee.”

• Ian (10/5): Superb location. Amazing property. Superb hosts. - Location. Location. Location. On the doorstep of Clapham Common and all that Clapham High Street has to offer. After numerous disappointments renting properties in and around, London, it was pleasing be spoiled with an absolutely wonderful property. All furnishings and fixtures are of the highest quality. Communications with the host were prompt and they always sight to make our stay most enjoyable. Their flexibility was really appreciated. The sizel carpet on the stairs was uncomfortable on bare feet and was also torn in places, creating a tripping hazard.

Excellent communication from the owner. The only shower is on the top floor and is a little temperamental. But the bath is nice!

Excellent host. 1 of the rooms only has a small sofa bed which is really uncomfortable. After 30+ hours of travel from Australia we just wanted comfy beds for a great nights sleep. Would recommend putting in a proper bed for comfort given most people booking a 3 bedroom need all rooms so comfort is key when travelling.

The host, Serena is very accommodating and spot on with communication. This was our favourite property of our 5 week holiday by far! A++++ on all accounts. Obviously we would highly recommend it. Nothing it was perfection!

• Kerry (10/5): Quality home with a lovely small garden in a secure, quiet and convenient location close to Clapham Common. - Beautiful home, tastefully furnished and very comfortable with a stunning master bedroom and ensuite and cute garden patch. The location was very quiet, being tucked away from the main road in a secure small mews development but only five or so minutes walk to supermarkets, restaurants and shopping. We only had a brief stay and would have loved to stay longer had our plans had more flexibility. Everything about this home spelled quality - great kitchen, nice linen, good lighting etc. There is ample space for four people and it would be very comfortable for a longer stay, although the three levels with bedrooms on the upper floors could be a bit wearing for older people or those with mobility impairment.

• Warren (10/5): The perfect place to stay when visiting London. - We loved absolutely everything about our stay here. The owners were lovely and communicated to us prior to our visit to ensure we had good directions and details regarding codes for the gates to drive though and the location of the key box. The entire property was spotlessly clean, so comfortable and so many little thoughtful touches to make our stay perfect. We will definitely be staying here again when we next plan to visit London. Clapham Common is a good location and near buses and the Northern Line Underground, there are supermarkets near by as well as pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants. The property is located in a quiet, safe and secure gated area. It is peaceful and we all enjoyed sleeping well. We all felt immediately at home here and some of the things in the property we would like to copy in our own property as so practical and stylish. WiFi/Mobile reception was good. The property is light and airy and had a lovely ambience which is down to the owners attention to detail and style. We loved our stay, thank you for making our time in London so special! All of the beds was comfortable as well, The garden is very nice and spacious. The room with the ensuite bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain, I feel it needs a shower curtain to prevent the water from splashing on the floor.

The instructions to find the property really help and communication with the owner was really good. Sliding door needed to the en-suite to provide more privacy.

TV in main bedroom didn't connect to any apps. & no aerial so no reception. Main en-suite only separated from bedroom by a diaphanous curtain- even after 30 years there are some things we like to keep private. That's the worst things I could think of.

• Me (10/5): Pleasant and stylish - This is a superb house to stay in London, close to Clapham Common. The house has a beautiful master bedroom and two cosy, plainer small ones. The lounge is lovely, with a beautiful view. You can even hear the birds. Communicating with the owner was easy and smooth. She was always kind and helpful when we were puzzled with some things. There were a number of house rules but they were all sensible and they were explained in detail. All by all, it was a lovely experience to stay in this house. It is good to know that the house has three floors, so there are many stairs. For us this was not a problem. The bedrooms are of different sizes and also of different level of comfort. This worked fine with our lot as we were two parents and two teenagers. The youngsters really appreciated their own space. This house had many feather duvets, which can be a problem for someone with sensitivities, while others may love the comfort. Every house, of course, has its peculiarities. We found the showers a bit unfunctional, e.g. lower water pressure than we expected.

• Luigi (8/5): Beautiful house in a walking distance (8 minutes) from the tube station - The house is in zone 2 and it takes 8 minutes on foot to get to the first tube station. Serena, the owner, is very kind and helpful During our stay we had a plumbing problem, but Serena has been very kind and the day after the problem has been fixed.

There was no door on the en suite bathroom in the main bedroom. The parking space had another car in it for the duration of our stay so lucky we didn't bring a car.

Thoughtful touches with chocolates, coffee, laundry soap, etc Clear instructions provided by email and left on the table. Gated community, close to amenities, a large park and tube line. Host was very responsive and supportive. We would stay here again. There was scaffolding and painting/repair work going on for a day. However, the owner managed to stop the work and shift the schedule to after we left. Much appreciated!

It was very quiet and super close to the high street which was really nice. There is very little to like about the property but I will say one of the beds wasn’t the comfiest. The other two doubles were comfy and the main bed was nice and big!
